I'm a Dr and I can tell you that Minoxidil is used by doctors to treat hair loss. Like any other drug, it has side effects. Like Paracetamol has, even other drugs have S/E

Few things i learnt from this video:- 1) Try to reduce stress may be by meditating, pranayama,relaxed walk, spending quality time with your friends etc 2) Low sugar consumption. 3) Gluten free diet, reduce consumption of wheat. 4) Try to reduce the chances of having acidity/pittadosh which is the highest cause of hair loss and many other problems. 5) please implement these above solutions rather than just research. My grandfather is 89 nd has hairline like ranveer has. My mother has less hair . I started thinning 3 yrs back therefore I studied alot about this subject. I started eating flaxseed , pumpkin seed , banana, almonds Also took homeopathic treatment nd i can say that my hair thinning has reversed nd started becoming thick again.

Why not call and interview a person who has studied skin and hair for a considerable number of years, has actually years of experience of treating patients one and one (a trichologist/ dermatologist) or a scientist who does research for hairloss? Why call a person who did a btech and mba for discussing the structure of hair and treatments related to it. She did a masters in how to promote your business. And that’s what she is doing here. And doctors who work for these companies should be ashamed of themselves for selling their ethics for some quick money.

Main 4 month se Traya use kar raha hun aur almost diet plan bhi follow karta hun but abhi tak koi improvement nahi dikh raha hai hai... Traya walon ne starting me kaha tha ki 5 month aapki treatment chalegi but ab bol rhe hain ke 8-9 month continue karna hoga....... Traya ke kisi bhi post per agr aap genuine comments karo to wo aapke comments ko delete kar deta hai only positive comments public ke liye chhod diya jata hai ke zyada se zyada log attract karen.... I'm very disappointed from traya. Social media ke sabhi paid promotion kar rahe hain... Don't trust this fraud and fake company.

Traya is worst. Dont follow it blindly. God knows what made me use their products. I started using it in April and had severe hair fall. Am 29..it was horrible for me. I told my mother about it. And she asked me oil my hair. Started oiling my hair since june and started having good clean home made food with exercise and biotin supplements. Am getting back my hair.
In the end... Everything boils down to genetics. I have a friend who has the most unhealthy life style I've ever seen, he has the best head of hair. I'm 23 and I shave my head 2 days a week and I've never felt more sexier than I feel after shaving my head.

Hi, dermatologist here. Promoting a brand is good, but spreading misinformation about your "competitors" is unhealthy. First, she takes dermatologists on board to learn their science and then on such a platform, shames them publicly by saying they are money minded and dont know their job. What a hypocrite!!!! And Ranveer, as a host how could you allow your guest to disrespect someone and also post it? I would suggest you to first do a podcast on what it takes to become a dermatologist or any super-specialty for that matter and then you'll understand the gravity of the situation. P. S. Also, the go-to expert for hairfall is the doctor who knows the science behind it and not a B. Tech MBA who runs a business out of it. So, next time, choose your experts wisely.
U can trust them becoz they are not selling any such products which includes side effect Yes but on the other hand considering effectiveness then only minoxidil 5% can help if you have genetic baldness and minoxidil from better Pharma brands exist in the market They sell biotin tablets which is effective but not much in terms of genetic hairloss and i would suggest biotin tablets from Adobe Pharma is best also they sell ketoconozole which is effective but not much also ketoconozole is easily available in a medical store
Everything is ok.. but what she said about the dermatologists is not right. Everybody is not like that. You cannot just simply blame doctors, and bad mouth them. You may have done a lot of research, but have some respect for the doctors who have studied for more than 10 years and are way more qualified than you in all these aspects!

My mother is nearly 97 year , good thick hair , vegetarian for 38yrs , eats only home cooked meals,freshly prepared ,very good in cognitive understanding, Takes vitamin B complex , excellent in English crossword . Physical disability is there due earlier fracture. Excellent presentation.

I am also going through hair loss bcs of genetics.. and i have researched a lot about hair products. Traya uses minoxidil in their products. the minoxidil works temporarily. so if you are working to retain hair till some point, you can go for it. The moment you stop using it, you will shed the heir very quickly (speaking from experience). i mean the next day you will see a drastic increase in hair fall. The holistic approach to retaining hair is actually nurturing the hair, keeping your stomach clean, and eating healthy. while giving good material to hair, eating healthy, and consuming ashwagandha or churan is the best thing you can do (in my opinion from many consultations with doctors and after using hundreds of hair products).

Saying so, because Proper nouns of Hindi cannot be anglicised, and the vice versa. Examples- 1-Dharma- धर्म, not धर्मा 2- Yoga- योग, not योगा 3- Vata- वात, not वाता 4-Pitta- पित्त, not पित्ता There are more examples of similar kinds that can be corrected. Since you are the most famous podcast interviewer who takes some highly important issues for the topic in such simple manner, a good number of English speaking people across the world will start pronouncing these words correctly. there's only one solution for balding and that is just embrace it. Believe me at first you will feel weird but after some time you will rock it like a king. I'm telling you this because I also started losing my hair at 21 and wear cap for 2 years but then I said fuck it and I shaved my head and its the best thing I have ever done.
