I've been struggling with high blood pressure and weight for many years now. And yes there is a direct correlation to proper diet and maintaining your weight and high blood pressure. Every time I'm able to lose weight my blood pressure drops. So I would agree that proper diet and exercise is what helps me keep the weight off and that's what helps me keep my blood pressure down.

@@dragonesquire my BP went up very high , but my sodium was very low . And the hospital Dr my BP meds so I'm recuperating nicely, but I'm still having plenty lots of dizziness n is very weak
This Video is a little misleading. All the people in it grabbing their chests indicate a narrowing in their arteries, hence the pain. HBP is silent, you won't know till it's to late. Please see a Medical Doctor for a check up.
