Does God Want Me To Stay In A Loveless Marriage? | Podcast Episode 154

I rushed to get married in order to not live in sin ( 3 weeks after meeting) and I thought God would be happy about that but it turned my world upside down . He was a texrbook narcisist and 5 years later I cannot understand love and marriage it had such a big impact . I adored this man and finally realized he was a puppet master. I used to believe marriage was beautiful and I loved it( and i know few marriages that are how God intends - Godly men and women together ) but now , I pity married people . I watch them in stores and see the man 10 ft behind the woman and i hear them bickering . Its so sad. Jesus said if you can... remain single bc He knows the trouble marriage brings.

please explain "God's love is all the love you need" What about intimacy with your unwilling marriage partner. How does God fulfill that need?

God does not want a man to stay in a loveless marriage. If he loves us which we are constantly told, he would not want us to be unhappy.

God is definitely not punishing you for not waiting until marriage. I know plenty of women who waited and are very miserable in their marriage.

When you in a bad marriage the Children see it and alot of the times they came and do the same thing in there marriages because Mom are dad put up with bad treatment so they think it's okay to be like that I know That from Experience.

Such good stuff guys. Be humble and kind, seek His face & His light through Christ and the Word. No matter what. There are so many examples He has given us in the Word, Old & New Testament that will give us the strength, wisdom, and love to glorify Him through our struggles. as hard as it may be at times, just as you are teaching by the grace of God, we are not the center of light and life, He is. Seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be opened… right on about the Psalms! I would add, no matter what your struggle, if you pray in earnest and ask, what you need through your struggle will be shown to you. Don’t be surprised if it’s not your idea of what you want, but maybe something you never even imagined. (With you, it is not possible, with God anything is possible).. I hope this person continues seeking… lots more I could say, but none of which is significant compared to what God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and Word…I’ll pray for this person, and so many others that may be feeling the same way…..love you guys…R

Marriage is not a religious entity. It's a state entity. Also, evolution did not wire us to be monogamous. It's almost like god isn't real 😂
