@@BetterKnees Kelsey was my mentor and the reason why I think “out of the box “. He always had a knack of making the complicated not complicated while making sense relating to the real world. Amazing teacher while never threatening in his learning environment.

Well, that message sucks, but it only reflects, what i had experienced during the last 5 years: attempts to strengthen the muscles (or not losing strength) only made everything worse. And hearing the opposite continuously everywhere got me more than frustrated recently.
@cartmansuperstar it can definitely be frustrating to be told the answer is strengthening muscles. There are three cases where making your muscles work hard may cause problems: (1) if you have a broken bone (2) if you have a tendon injury (3) if you have (osteo)arthritis, or weak cartilage (chondromalacia) Strengthening a muscle pulls two bones together. In the case of the muscles on the front of your thigh, they pull your thigh bone and your shin bone together. Everything in between these bones gets squished. This means the substance on the end of your bones, the cartilage, gets squished. If the cartilage isn't strong, this often results in pain (typically several hours later, maybe even the next day). So strengthening muscles is important, but they should be strengthened *last*. For the *first* strengthening recommendations, access my free guide: kertzcoaching.ck.page/enjoystrongerknees
What about when you have fluid in knee knots on quads and back of leg right below buttocks with swelling I think it’s from not working those muscles sitting too much 🙁
@SuperKmendez When there is excess fluid in your knee, the Quad muscles can't contract as well. When this is the case and you're using your Quad muscles, they effectively act weaker and trigger points or knots may results. Quad Sets often help decrease excess knee fluid: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BuVQp23HZGo.html Consider following the guidelines in my free guide: www.saveyourkneesguide.com
