Does NCAA transgender lawsuit have a chance to win? 

It's criminal that the NCAA knowingly subjected these women to such obvious sexual harassment.

There is no gray area. Title 9 clearly protects women and women's sports, and the NCAA violated title 9 by allowing males to compete in women's sports divisions

Definitely a lawsuit to watch. The standards of "what is a woman" should be the same across all female sports. "I identify as" should never be allowed. Isn't there some man in Canada identifying as a 13 year girl and is able to swim with and change with young girls?

My granddaughter went to high school with Emma Weyant, the outstanding swimmer who was cheated out of a medal by Thomas when Emma finished 2nd in the 500 freestyle. Another swimmer was cheated out of the A Final when she qualified 9th because a man was allowed to compete, and another finished 17th so did not swim in the B Final. Emma has something that Thomas will not get, an Olympic medal. The World Aquatic Championships were held last month and there were 3 divisions. Men, Women, and Open. NOBODY entered the Open division (where trans athletes could compete) Guess they didn`t want to swim against other cheating males!

This is how ridiculous the policy is a man walks naked it into the women bathroom he gets arrested. Women feel tramarized and violated. If it comes back the next day and claims he's a woman, he's allowed, and they women are told welome and accepted it.

why don't they have a trans sport so they don't need to cheat.

Finally. I totally support them and I really hope they will win. We all should support women's right to fair competition.

Who is the NCAA, or more accurately, why do they have any authority on women's sports? Tell them to pound sand.

I'll say two thing about Lia Thomas I a man and a pretty good swimmer I learned to swim at age 8 years old. I'll also say this Lia Thomas needs to be in prison.

I want a Drugs and Surgery League where we let people do whatever the hell they want to their bodies and we get to watch the freak show. They'll get tons of sponsors from hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. Men's sports and women's sports will likely become dull in comparison, but at least it would be fair to all three athletic groups.

The easiest way to get the results you are looking for is for YOU to change. It's easier to change yourself (female athletes) than to get other people (NCAA) to change. The cost-effective way to solve this is to boycott. If you don't want a man competing against you, don't participate in the event. Let your actions and your morals do the protesting. Let him compete against himself. IT'S ACTUALLY THAT SIMPLE!

Transgender is valid and trans lives all all ages matter and deserve sports too!!
