Does Poke Cup Master Ball R2 also have a Pikachu Surf tutor? 

I saw this as a rumour being pushed in the comments section of a video where someone did the Prime Cup Master Ball Surf Pikachu Tutor. Only showed the last fight because Pikachu only needs to participate in that battle for the Prime Cup tutor. And no, this wasn't a registered team, and no, the Pikachu doesn't need to be from Yellow version. I know this isn't exactly a common rumour, but if I was gonna do it anyways, I might as well upload it.
