One thing for sure is when stressed your body consumes way more nutrients than when not stressed, so, you definitely need to get back those nutrients to make sure you are well equipped to put an end to a chronic stress if it did get to a point where it became chronic.

Estrogen got my back. Until it starts to regress, then dries up entirely. Without estrogen, a woman sure feels all the stress in the whole wide world. Menopause sure sucks. Until you're able to wrap your head around it. 😡

😂 I noticed that, she looks like she is fed up with the statements “affects women greater than man” anyway… she doesn’t like when they have to do studies if women feel this or that, as if only science and scientific studies can prove us true 🤷🏻‍♀️

Women were built to handle stress, that’s why we are the ones who have babies & raise kids!!
@calistafalcontail

Sorry but its true and studies have shown that women suffer way more from stress or are more easily stressed. Women call in sick way more often because of mental issues and burn out than men in my country. I observe this since years and I see it in myself. Having a full time job drains us more. So many women either openly or secretly, would love to stay at home and spend more time with family or just by themselves. Its almost like most of us arent designed for this huh? But intense feminists will deny everything.

Yes. Yes it does. We all experience stressors similarly but what those stressors do to the body are vastly different in men and women. Couple that with environmental factors and you’ve got a huge discrepancy. Current research states that women are statistically 10 fold more likely to develop “idiopathic” autoimmune disease(s). These diseases are overwhelmingly being linked to stress and emotional state. Women are 15x more likely to have HPA access dysfunction; again, “ideopathic” links to stress interpretation in the body. Stress is more likely to throw off a woman’s microbiome. Save thyroid function in combat vets/ early childhood trauma survivors, there’s a MASSIVE trend toward women when it comes to the ill effects of elevated stress hormones. All of this information is available in medical journals and there is ample evidence going back as far as the mid 1850s. Research it, it’s interesting. And terrifying.

Don’t our hormones rely more heavily on our adrenals then men’s do?
@user-no9xy3xy8l
@user-no9xy3xy8l 3 месяца назад
Yes they do! Women are 15x more likely to experience HPA axis dysfunction which causes massive issues with sex hormones. It’s all very well documented and easily researched.

@@diannalamantia1702 listen lady, I wasn't talking to you. I was talking to the creator. It wasn't a request, was a great tip for a woman our age, grey hair is unruly. She's obviously taking great care of herself, she might appreciate the tip, she might never read it. If you don't appreciate it, your choice. She might read it and recommend it to many women who struggle with dry hair during menopause. You're quite nasty, but I guess you already know that

Putting down the builders and sustainers of infrastructure won’t change the fact that physiological needs and changes are based on gender. If you want to call all men “Man child” that’s a you problem. Don’t be surprised when you garner no respect.
