It honestly did improve my mood more than anything. I felt full and did not feel tired. The problem is the price of meat today. Which is why “they” make “lower quality” food much more available.

I’m 3 years full carnivore and I’m in the best shape of my life at 45! I lost 50 pounds and I have zero inflammation left in my back from a herniated L4L5 and Arthritis also my liver and skin issues have completely healed!
I wouldn’t say aggressive in terms of trying to fight everyone but when I went on carnivore I had more aggression in terms of energy and overall effort, i felt more confident and had a different look in my eye
Average guy eats 70% meat normally. Going carnivore diet is only a 30% increase. The change in aggression would be minor. The real test is 100% plant based vs 100% carnivore.
I've always had a heavy meat diet... except for one year where I went 8 months (on a dare; didn't make it the year) to be a vegetarian ... my energy and power noze dived... at the 5 month mark I had to add in fish... then by 8 months it was back to mostly meat.
its not the meat that makes you aggresive its your withdraws from the most addictive drug on market known as sugar. this is why most people are miserable when they begin to rehabilitate themselves from sugar. eating only meat makes you sluggish. if you introduce some sugar into the meat diet. it gives you a burst of energy making you feel powerful and fast like snorting cocaine with less negative side effects over the short term use. but look what happens to us when we are constantly being overdosed with sugar. they are drugging all of our food and we dont even notice it anymore. then cant understand why this has happened to us. when the costs out way the benefits of our lives. good for the food industry pushing drugs into you to sell more food not so good for you with all the side effects killing us. like big tobacco they have always known and now a new player named pfizer is joining the game. i guess because drugs wont push themselves like they use to. so they need to give them to you without you knowing it. addicted to vaxes. it use to be known as bio terrorism but they get away with it by calling it marketing and healthy for you. just another addiction you cant fight.
That's not the case for all people - I came from a zero refined sugar diet for three years, no gluten, no grains, etc. I've been on carnivore for 2.5 months now and my depression and aggression are spiraling to a critical point. Have no clue what's going on, but my mood is absolutely destroyed.
@@likewhaaaat doesnt matter if the sugar is refined or not its still addictive. i bet you are feeling deprived. or in need of vitamins. meat is protein and lacks vitamins except for liver. you should be taking vitamin supplements on a carnivore diet. sometimes increasing my salt intake helps. since being in ketosis expels more salt
@CeO VIDeos I drink an LMMT drink each day (for the sodium, potassium and magnesium), and I eat a lot of organ meats (liver is my favorite food lately, though I know to limit it to once or twice a week max), and I haven't had sugar in any form (just meat and eggs) in 2.5 months, so the rage and depression is definitely not tied to sugar.
@CeO VIDeos it may not be, but I also can't rule it out since that's the only thing that's changed. I exercise, I take supplements, I research and track my nutrients in what foods I eat, so that I can catch nutritional deficiencies. I take omega 3, vitamin D, sodium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin C, eat organ meats and a huge variety of cuts and types of meat, seafood, shellfish, tons of eggs, etc. I'm doing everything "by the book," and my aggression and depression have spiraled. I enjoy eating a carnivore diet and lost a little bit of weight (although that wasn't my goal behind eating this way), but I was a much calmer person before eating this way, so from my perspective, yes, it may be the meat. Which sucks because I don't want to stop eating this way, but everyone is different and my mind seems to not do well eating this way. I'm giving it a bit more time, though.
Carnivore is a ketogenic diet. Whenever you switch from high-carb to very low carb you deplete your muscles glycogen stores and that's noticeable in terms of your muscles ability to generate power. You can test if this is all there is to it by having a keto month before going carnivore.
I'm 53 and had cats all my life. I was diagnosed as allergic to cat dander 8 years ago. But only our male cats affect my allergy. We got a puppy in Jan, had dogs all my childhood, I'm now having the same reaction to the pup as I do our male cats!
I’m definitely more aggressive on it especially when my family just throws a goat on the dinner table everyone is fighting for the best parts. Accidentally bit my father inn law but that was my liver
No one loves bread or pasta or anything made from grains other than alcohol . What you really love is all the delicious meats,dairy,sauces,gravies,herbs and spices and everything else that makes us tolerate bland nutrient devoid grains( and most plants for that matter)that are no more than fillers and suck by themselves.
@@user-cw3pc6xg1c Fruit definitely has flavor but too much sugar, veggies are hit and miss I think. Some have very mild flavors that usually need something else to give them a boost but then again over cooked meats are just as flavorless
I love being able to get lots of complex filling calories into me in a cheap efficient manner 🤷♂️ I'm one of those guys who struggles to eat in a surplus. I feel like switching to only meat would leave me in a constant deficit
@@tbunny6305 Dude sugar from whole foods like fruit are not at all the same as sugar from a soda. Also, a lot of sugar stays within the cell walls and forces your body to work to break down the cellulose to access it, which burns calories in the process. That's why smoothies are less healthy than the equivalent fruit content, because you've already broken up all that cellulose and allowed every bit of sugar out of the cells. Natural sources of sugar aren't bad for you
Re: allergies - recommend one always carry Benadryl when traveling abroad even if one is not allergic to anything. A surprise reaction especially in a foreign environment can happen. Be prepared because 911 most likely is not available or will be timely.
Carnivore and keto makes me calm. Veganism and processed sugars made me anxious, irritated and eventually aggressive after trauma. CArnivore calms me . Espescially red meat. Chicken farmed makes me aggressive and crazy. Never had pasture raised chicken yet to know

I don't see carnivore animals as aggressive. Lions for examples are the chillest animals they only kill when they need to. Try standing Infront og herbivores like bisons, rhinos and elephants. They charge you immediately.
Elephants do? I read a study once where they took a brain scan of elephants while looking at us and the same parts of their brain lit up for them that light up for us when we look at babies and puppies - i.e., elephants think we're cute. I'm surprised they would charge.
I think its the act of hunting, and the need to fight for your food that makes a carnivore more aggressive, not necessarily the act of digesting flesh. Actions and lifestyles absolutely tell your brain to tell your body to produce more testosterone. As well as creating positive reinforcement associated with acts of aggression in the brain. Maybe it helps, though. Because red meat has high levels of a lot of the micronutrients needed for healthy testosterone production. Like everyone knows, higher testosterone = more aggression.
@markasread4349 I'm not sure if you can simply it as much, protein doesn't make me more aggressive, but thers something in half raw meat that does. And also, carbs don't make me lazy, overload on cards does. I find building muscle and endurance is way easier when you combine the two in adequate proportion.
The thing is those animals are hi ring their foods, with only the weapons they were born with. It’s a lot different than going grocery shopping for a steak. If you hunt it will be a bit different but not even close if you hunt an animal with your bare hands and teeth lol
Eh it doesn’t make you more aggressive. It’s all just dependent on the person and how they conduct themselves. Aggression is more about the amount of energy you have and your body needs to exert. Although self control is the biggest part in knowing if you can maintain your aggression or not with such a high level of energy. Aggression in humans is just a personality trait that they develop on their own and has nothing to do with what you eat or anything like that
It's probably more the fact there big cats and hungry. If I haven't eaten i don't feel great it's probably the same with carnivores. Lions aren't always aggressive I think that's just a steriotype people give them same with bears there loving animals that have to kill to survive. We would be the same if it wasn't for super markets, farms and restaurants.

Doing high heart rate exercise burns through muscle glycogen in 80 minutes. No glycogen from food low performance and no the liver cannot make glycogen quick enough to replenish during intense exercise.
@T M I inadvertently went into ketogenisis recently (foods never been a vice, so I go without often when busy) and it made me feel dizzy, weak, and STINKY. It made my BO smell like mf nail polish remover. Thats how I knew it was ketogenisis, because the first result online said im suffering from ketoacidosis lmao I'm good on all that, balance is always the proper choice when it comes to the human body. You can't maintain homeostasis without balance. That includes a balanced diet. We're not carnivores lol
@T M I'm not a sugar addict, so no, it's not lol I'm sub 10% body fat at the moment, my body readily gets into ketosis when I don't eat, because I don't HAVE sugars to utilize. Now then, onto the intelligence insults. Ketogenisis is the metabolic pathway that produces ketones, and is absolutely interchangeable with the word ketosis. 5 seconds on Google will corroborate that. Secondly, I'm well aware of what ketoacidosis is, all I said was that when you look up that specific body odor, that is the result which comes up. Which lead me to realize my body was burning ketones and that it stunk. I hate to break it to you, but I literally went to college for biology. I assure you, mr armchair fad diet expert does not deserve a superiority complex over anyone lmao
@T M Also, fruit is full of carbs buddy 😂 the difference is they're complex carbs that take awhile to digest and process, so it slowly titrates that extracted sugar throughout the day. So much so that good fruits like strawberries usually don't even cause insulin spikes cuz it's so gradual. Real, WHOLE foods, are like this. Same for whole wheats and grains. Especially the unmodified, wild ones
I did a heavy carnivore diet /Atkins diet with working out dailey and Martial arts 3 days a week , I seemed to recover injuries quicker ,mental clarity , energy , Downside lots of meal prep, got angry easy and had to eat ALL frickn day long

distilled water is bad for you. water disolves any minerals it comes into contact with. if you distill the minerals out of it, then drink it, it will leach out any minerals in you digestive tract that arent absorbed yet. your much better off finding a mountain spring and filling up a 6 month supply.
