Thank you for your report. I visit a similar carwash near Richmond, VA. From my experience, you do not need to turn the one pedal driving off, it is disabled when the car is in neutral. Also, I have automatic wipers, they are also disabled in neutral. They take their first swipe when the car is shifted into drive at the exit. The outside mirrors are OK in their normal position.
Turning off 1 pedal mode is redundant. When you put the car in Neutral from drive, 1 pedal is automatically disengaged. So yes, it has a "car wash" mode....it's automatic.
The one thing I had to become aware of was the "Auto Hold" feature of the braking system, and just need to turn that off before entering a car wash. Good Video!
I think car wash mode is for when you are going through and you're NOT in the car, and you obviously don't want the wheels to lock up when you're not inside. There's a procedure in the manual.
I don't know if I would ever go through one of those car washes. I've heard too many horror stories about things getting ripped off and/or paint damage. And on top of that, the wash place isn't liable for damages.
