Hi. I bought the machine. Used for cold latte.. the coffee came out is hot, the milk is in room temperature so why it is called ICED LATTE. whats the difference from the hot cafe latte.. Is my machine not functioning well or was my expectation too high ( I thought the coffee will come out as cold)
Hi there! There are 2 different milk carafes for this machine and one is designated for the cold drinks - it is the white carafe. Is this the carafe you were using? Also, when ordering the drink of choice from the menu make sure you are exploring the iced drinks from the menu and adding ice to your glass as well. The coffee will come out hot but the milk prep will be treated differently with the cold carafe
It's interesting to see the upgrades in the newer coffee makers; I've had my DeLonghi Eletta Top full automatic for several years now and it never fails to produce just what I want. I have several types of coffee makers from puck to drip and use them all depending on what I want at the time. I do have a question; is this young man human? Years ago I spent a lot of time on your site getting the instructions I needed to brew good coffee and choose the machines I wanted; I especially enjoyed Gail, who was great at making me feel like I was right there and just chatting with her one to one. Kinda sad to see the change.
