@@spnfirearms RU-vid is turning off comments on numerous gun channels. In fact I sent a similar comment a few minutes ago and they cancelled my comment. So much for the first amendment
I own a mako R7 for almost a year and I love it. It’s small it has a good weight to it I installed a red dot, the texture is on point. Have shoot around 800 rounds and never had it jammed or iron piped. I actually own the tan/black Mako R7.
Just grabbed the tactical version. Shoots and carries well. The slide and trigger feel exactly the same as the taurus ts9 i have so i think its the bubits design carried out to a T. It shoots so much nicer than the other micro compacts
I just got this same deal. Couldnt resist. I've been carrying the FN Reflex and I am very happy with it, honeslty its my fav micro but the Kimber is a bit more substantial and its different from the pack. I had to try it. Cant wait to get it out to the range. I did pull that CT optic off and throw on my preferred choice, the Viridian RFX 15 green. It should be an awesome cooler weather option.
My wife just got one, won't run cheap AAC hollows, also won't run Hornady CD. Runs xpoint Browning fine. Also eats any ball ammo fine. Hopefully just break in issues.
I was debating between the hellcat and the R7. Ended up going with the hellcat because it just feels so great in the hands. I’m still looking at R7 or the p365 though as a backup
Don't waste your money on the Optics installed version!!! It's a very cheap red dot, that requires a cover to be on it to turn it off... That makes the fixed sights worthless with the cover on. The last thing i want to have to deal with it think of is removing a red dot cover in order to use my sights in a bad situation!! I wasted the money on the Optics installed version, just to have to remove it so i can use it as my edc.
I seen a Kimber R7 Mako for the first time a few weeks ago when my boss brought it to work to show me and I about puked. It looks like a freaking High Point and a Hellcat had a baby 🤮
@@jason200912 not a real gun store anyways lol, I do work at a paintball/airsoft facility but it is a 2a friendly environment and we often bring in new Firearms to show each other..
