Hi! I made this game! I just want to say how much I appreciate the editing in this video. Like it really goes above and beyond! You could have just zoomed in to certain parts of the screen and left other parts out, but instead all the text, icons, and characters are moved around in such a way that makes sure everything is shown nicely. Like even the "Fear the unknown" flavor text is moved into frame instead of being left out. I am really impressed!
I knew seeing your game on GameMaker all those years ago that your quality was certainly going somewhere. And I'm glad it has! It's great seeing more and more people enjoy your work.
@@FirelMusic Back when there was only 8 bosses and like 40 gifts and that was the whole game ha! You'd fight the same boss like 3 times in a row because there just wasn't enough yet!

hey hutts, a few general tips: * theres an ingame option to turn off nudity, it puts a little cloud over things * every boss has a set of unique achievements that you can view in check heart -> dream list before a fight, or you can check em all in the menu dream list * monsters you encounter will always be revealed to you after, radiating their cards makes it show their weaknesses and strengths * items will always be hidden till you radiate them hope you have fun, this game ramps up in difficulty significantly and has an unlock list that rivals binding of isaac, as you said it clearly has a ton of indie dev love put into it
In addition to what @levet1020 said, you should check the settings for the combo timer option because combos can be important. I love this game and hope to see more of it!
Which makes total sense because Veyeral took a lot of inspiration from those games! There are some bosses which are basically straight up copies aesthetically speaking
This game is amazing! Got it in a jingle jam and I fell in love. And yes, it is a passion project by one guy, so any support is great! Thank you hutts for shining a light on this and helping him out, and I hope you make a series on this game.
Watching the video wondering why it’s so OP, then the girl popped up and my intrusive thought was like “oh that’s why” then the hutts started the game play and I’m like “OH, that’s why.”

I found this game in 2018 and it's been one of my favorite bullet hells since, the dev has been slowly but surely releasing it but they've been making nothing but moves and it been a treat seeing their development since!
TVRUHH is a favorite of mine, the game's so unique and there's always more content to uncover. If you enjoyed your first playthrought I'd recomend playing some more trying to uncover the story, characters and game modes this gake offers

Don't worry, this game gets hard very quickly if you opt into it, especially since there's a crapton of unlocks that can help with that. Also loads of unlocks in general!
this game has so much content it's insane, almost 100 boss fights, each boss has multiple levels of difficulty and special achievements you can get per boss, a ton of items, and a lot of game modes too, GET THIS GAME
Radiating the various items and monsters give you lore allowing to get what is going on. I could give a summary of the info I got but we would be getting in massive spoiler territory.
this feels like the roguelike equivalent of playing LISA or OFF or something. like i understand the base mechanics that are a hallmark of the genre, but i have no actual clue what the fuck is going on with the actual gameplay itself
Here showing support would love to see you play more and experience harder could see you losing your mind trying to stream it and play as well and that sounds great to me

Use Isaac preferably, everything allowed except rerolling the aforementioned items! (No D100 or D4!!! Including dice rooms)
Imma be honest, visually, my eyes bleed with the art style of this game, my eyes and brain absolutely despise it, BUT I gotta admit that it looks fun to play and it surely can bring a good ton of hours of fun and entertainment to a lot of people, the concept seems pretty nice and fun, ngl
It might seem easy, mostly because most shmups are ludicrously hard. This game was obviously made for most gamers to be able to enjoy and not JUST the pros unlike something like Touhou or Ikaruga. Not everybody can process 200+ moving objects on the screen simultaneously. While some fights in this game get a bit heavy with all the stuff flying around, it's nowhere near as bad as the mainstream shmup games, and that's something I praise the dev for. Finally a shmup that is accessible and fun for the average gamer. Don't take this game too lightly, though... its rogue-like mechanics and some of the harder difficulties can give you some really hard fights later on. Or, the RNG can bless you with the ability to absolutely curbstomp everything. You just don't know what you're gonna get. But if you fail, you can always try again. You keep all of your progress that you made on that run.... at least the tetrids and anything new you encountered (gifts/monsters) so that you can radiate them later. So, even if you fail a run, you will never walk away from it with nothing unless it was the first boss. EDIT: Would like to point out that you got THREE shot upgrades and TWO reverse shot upgrades (even though you didn't fight any bosses where that would be useful), which is insane luck. Anytime you see a helper card, it's going to make your run significantly easier. I've had runs where I got nothing but defense cards, panics, etc and no helper stones. The bosses end up being much harder as a result.
Eh, it's an okay bullet hell game The artstyle is borderline ugly and it looks like it has little replay value If you're into these "deep" indie takes on regular game genres then it might be worth it, but I wouldn't give it more than 5 bucks
