Today I get to test a brand spanking new hardcore prototype electric mountain bike from Shark. This is a concept bike that they have developed to show what they can do with a bike. So I have come to Dalby forest to put this bike through its paces.

Interesting 🤔, I’ll be keeping my eye on Shark now, be nice to see some different colour schemes if they put it into production & see how much they sell them for. Solid review! & Dalby is Yorkshires MTB Mecca, nice one!

Yeah definitely worth keeping an eye on. The bike was amazing! Good thinking about the colours, what would be your choice? I am partial to a sandy colour myself.

@@bikeandbeyond yeah a sandy gold colour would definitely make it stand out more. Or could go a little corny & make the colours actually like a thresher shark, dark gun metal or chrome on top blending to a white or very light grey ha

Controversial opinion… Really nice but my next bike will be a gearbox/belt setup. This is a bloody nice bike though.

Nice looking bike, and interesting to see a new competitor on the market but the Mt200s are definitely too weak for an ebike.

Even though you haven’t uploaded for the past 2 weeks this Video was well worth the wait also how expensive do you think this bike when it releases to the public?

Glad you like it. I’m not sure about the price, this bike had lots of top notch parts on. I would imagine a production model would be at a slightly lesser spec (normal bars and rims instead of carbon) which would keep it affordable. I have certainly been doing a lot of filming recently, so there are plenty of videos on the horizon. Just finding the time to edit them is tricky this time of year.
