Pull really hard on your pallate. 4-5 times a day for 3-4 minutes every session. Estimated growth is 1-2 mm in 8 months. Can grow upto 5-6 mm, but will stop after a specific time and growth.
Please do not try face pulling guys. If you do please do very very very soft pressure because your mouth has loads of nerves and it can trigger breathing issues and other problems if you aren’t careful. I tried and felt very weird and ended up going to the hospital to be checked out. Please don’t do it, if you do be very safe and SOFT.
Bro it depends 😭 I do thumb pulling for like 3 months and my mandeble comes forward and I do not apply pressure on side as my arch is pretty wide I just apply pressure upwards and forward just give it a try

I did the course and yeah it didn’t work but it does have some handy information on mewing. Basically the guy is right you would have to do the thumb pulling exercises all day long for it to maybe be effective. Also some professionals on Facebook suspect they edit the photos

If your wisdom teeth are causing problems get them removed, the pain can become unbearable and you could get infections, having a Chad jaw is not worth your health and possible complications

So if you didn't actually did what they say it's not fair for you to judge it. They rely on osteopathic methods which are proven to work for over 50 years (Dr. Sutherland). The key is to apply soft (but firm) pressure. Because otherwise when you push (or pull) too hard, newton's law activates and all the results you get are reversed like a spring. I think you should give it another go before coming to a conclusion.

I’m getting double jaw surgery soon (for medical reasons) they want me to remove my wisdom teeth but I’m not sure if I should even go through with the surgery, what do you guys think? Would it even matter
I mean, you stated it’s for medical reasons so if that’s the case your health comes at the first place… on the other hand it wouldn’t be appropriate to make a comment without seeing your jaw first… if you think it’s too recessed and exercises / mewing can’t help then go for it.
