i did few stretches just for two weeks now i can stand stratight my head is no more tilted i nvr felt this much confident in past 10 years thankyou so muchhhhhhhhhhhhhh
This is crazily so true! I have all of this on my left side. I used to believe that i have this because my neck is deformed and i cannot do anything about it. Many people and friends of mine informed that i keep my head and neck tilted and this is the reason. I got xrays done believing it was some issues with bones but all was right and thankfully now i find this. This all is so effing true!! Thanks dude
I think you should say “less developed side” instead of worse side my face” because u don’t want to think of it like that. Either side of ur face is good man, but it’s great ur working torwards developing both side of ur face evenly. This is just for everybody^ just started mewing and Im trying to do that too, I appreciate the video.
mewing has really benefitted me, one side of my face gew forward so much in 9 months but the other side just seem to worsen that before. I'll definitely try these exercises, will request to please make more videos on asymmetrical mewing.
@@o56_idress_ahmed_ee32 In an ideal world, you shouldn't have to think about Mewing all day. I think it should become habitual after 2-3 months, and if it's not then you can look into doing something else, such as Myofunctional therapy. Research has been done in Myo that people reach the "habituation phase" after 12-16 weeks, meaning they don't have to consciously try to get their tongue to function properly. Best of luck!
Sup guys, i have question. My palate left side feels deeper and my right side feels flat and not that wide. My best looking side is left. I got best neck muscles from left side. BUT my right chewing muscle are bigger (i chewed only right side) and right side of my face wider and have bigger bone stucture. May left side still be my best looking side ???
@@badarj2673 so I found out what’s causing it. An orthodontist explained. When you take your tongue off the roof of your mouth, the bone and jaw narrow (not exactly sure what it means - but it is the opposite of mewing) this causes the front teeth to meet teeth to teeth. This isn’t comfortable, so we shift our jaw backward, however, now the midline is slightly out of line. As we continue with this new jaw posture, it gets worse and worse. So the fix, braces. Probably not easy for you to get braces, neither is it for me. What you want to do is proper mewing. Completely centered on your pallet, NO TEETH TOUCHING. Take a look in the mirror. And you will see that with proper meeting technique your midline is suddenly centered again. Instantly it will give you a more symmetrical face. Now to regain your original face, without braces, will probably take some time. At minimum, the same amount of time it took to “damage” your face. Just know it will return back to normal - same reason you need a retainer even after you finish with braces. Additionally - the side of the face that is lower is most likely the side with a weaker masseter muscle. For me, my right side masseter muscle is more developed because I have been chewing primarily with it my whole life. So change it. Start chewing with your weaker side.
This is crazy! I have been 'naturally mewing' (always pushing my tongue up the palate, natural resting position for me) for so many years and have a strongly developed face, high and pronounced cheek bones, good jaw, all that. But my right and left are so vastly different (I really just realized), it is nuts. My weaker side is the right all along but my left hamstring is way tighter than the right (used to be for a long time, but has gotten very pronounced recently), I always assumed this is due to a severe accident/fracture I had as a kid on my left femur and that is probably contributing, but the more I dive into this whole mewing business (and your videos), the more I realize how much all of that is connected and especially connected to my effing tongue posture! I will be taking mewing much more seriously i.e. actually doing the exercises and not just thinking I am already doing ok when I am not. Thanks for all your videos
That's really my problem, since i was a child i ate only on my left side, now my left side is well lifted but my right side is so weak, that made my face well asymmetrical, so i dont know how to weaken the left side and strengthen the right side😕😔
Hey! I always look in the mirror and i look very good but whenever I take a selfie it looks very asymmetrical, Can someone tell me if i really have an asymmetrical face or it is just the photo?
Always enjoy your content, it's very well made and easy to follow along. Have you covered any areas relating to immunotherapy/allergies? Although I follow everything as best as I can I ultimately suffer from allergies in the environment. Dust pollen etc, clogging my nose up.
(important Message)The Main Reason Of Asymmetrical Face Is The Wrong Teeth Position If You Mew Wrong Your Teeth Position Will Change and Only Affect On One Side Of your Jaw Muscle that Why Your One side develop And One Side Not so it will become the worse side of your face So Make Sure When You Mew Your Teeth Position in your Original Normal Position Your Breath through Your Nose Not Through Your Mouth
Since I started mewing my good side changed to my bad side and bad side to good side. Thought it would even out but at least my jaw has been pulled out of my head. Now it’s time to correct the asymmetry
My weak side is the right one, and I realized that my entire blood circulation is "weaker" on the right side of my body, I don't know if it is just a coincidence or it's actually correlated, but man I even get more acne on my right side of the face!
literally same(except the acne part), my right side of body is weaker and blood circulation is poor. Any idea why the blood circulation is poor on one side? If i look at a mirror and smile my right side of smile droops after some time and when i raise both my eyebrows right side of eyebrow droops after some time, also muscles on my right side of face is underdeveloped.
This guy is fricking right after a few trials when I upload my picture on it my left side looks so handsome asf 🤯 like literally while my right side photo looked very goofy and kind of like a juvenile jaw along with bigger nostrils (which is very true as one of my nostrils is bigger than another) I need to work on my right side more but holy shit left side actually looked very close to a model like face
Follow his advice, I slept on right side of my face for a long time, it is just recently that I have noticed some changes when I was sleeping with my left side in terms of symmetry
bro help me still iam not able to figure out which side of face is less developed, in all three tests answers are different, i am not able to conclude, myright side of face is saggy and right eyes are lower, but my right masseter muscle is well developed, WHAT DO I CONCLUDE WHICH SIDE IS MORE DEVELOPED PLZZZ HELP
1:12 that persons mother is absolutely cruel!! they should not be saying that to a 13 year old girl, as it will dramtically affect her confidence in herself during these important years
Please help I have been mewing for 3 days my neck and top palate hurt is it normal and I also feel my teeth shifting I mew correctly I think Idk about when I sleep though keep in mind I am 14 years old
I wonder if it has anything to do with being right or left handed? My entire left side of my body always has some kind of injury and I’m right handed. The left side of my face also looks less developed
@ceciliavenir3287 I have a facial asymmetry. My right face (eye and eybrow) are slightly more down than the left side. Would it help me better if I exercise more pressure on my right side in order to push it upper and achieve a more symmetry face? Thank you for your reply in advance.
they say you right looks worse because you over developed this side and not the other 8n one of the Conor Harris video I think so I thought my left looks nice but later found that it is the one less developed 😶
if you do have an asymmetry throughout the body like the content creator has mentioned, like one shoulder being higher than the other and the head more forwardly tilted on one side, Here is a great video i've found. This explains all the problems with my body thats causing an asymmetrical posture. I am not posting this to promote another creator, but only to help you in case you dont know how to fix these asymmetries. As it took a while for me to figure out EXACTLY whats wrong with my body. anyway here is the video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bhgPFObgdHo.html
i used to be humping ts out of my bed when i was 13-18. i stopped doing it bc i read it could cause ED but i also realised bc of that it made my head tilt to my left side. to the point i was resting, sleeping, chewing etc with just my left side. it used to hurt sleeping on my right side.
Hey man, thank you so much for your informative video, but how in the world did you fix your one of your droopy eye?? I have the exact same problem in before pictures its absolutely amazing you were able to fix that naturally without any surgery!!
Liked and subscribed long time follower mate. Question for you...what if you're the exception and the maxilla is both off centre and twisted up/down? Wouldn't training the tongue to apply equal force on both sides worsen the issue? As a difficult forceps delivery, I believe my maxilla is forward and down on my left and back and up on the right. As such, it's hard to say what's my better side lol. If I had to say though, it'd be my right cos it's fuller looking, even though my neck on that side appears to have more oddness (perhaps due to the tongue not being able to contact with enough pressure perhaps?). Anyways, any advice? You seem to be talking a lot about manipulating muscle and posture rather than bone. Should I continue deliberately pushing up on more on the left while applying more forward pressure in the right? Or do you think it's futile in my case? Thanks bro and looking forward to the follow-up vid.
Left side of my face is bigger and has higher and outer cheekbone than the right..my right always look good..please please make a video to get my left size same as my right side😊 please make a video..
My left side creates the worst chimera, but I actually look better in photographs taken of my left side. My asymmetry is more apparent when I’m photographed from the right side. Weird..
I am 17 now and my one sided face fat has reduced (left) due to which my one eye is looking bigger than the other one and i am looking ill. what method should i do to even out both of my cheeks? it may sound silly but now a days i worry much, knowing that my face is not even, what makes me worry so much is that i have never seen someone like me with an uneven cheeks. usually it makes me so worry, because my face is really assymetrical ; the left side of my face is drooping and puffy while the other one (the right side) is is more slim and lifted. sorry for questioning y'all! It just gets demotivating sometimes and just need some re assurance.
Hey! No clue how to fix it but I am also a 17 year old with uneven cheeks who hasn't seen anyone else with the same feature. I think it often goes unnoticed - I had show my sister a passport photograph for her to see. We will be fine 🤞
Only right side of tongue is putting pressure even after trying so much i do apply pressure on left once in a 100 swallow after so much try but whenevr tongue falls to take saliva again right side tongue swallow it ,im tireddd also myospots is not available in my country 😮💨
chat if you broke like me and can’t afford myospots, take a piece of trident gum for example, split it in half and chew each half separately, and then stick it to the points
The right side of my face is The "worst side", the eye on the right side is lower than the left, i tested that and i felt a lot of tension on the right side, doing the exercises i can fix this?
Awesome stuff 👍🏾. I went to your website to get the exercise videos, signed up my email but still didn't receive the link in my inbox. Checked the chunk box too..
Wow.. that diagram at 6:57 is basically me... I'm terrified now. I have inverted flat feet, an overbite, TMJ, and jaw asymmetry? Who on earth do I go to for help?
Hey can you do a video regarding that whole body asymmetry picture you posted briefly in this video? I’ve been chipping away at this exact issue for months and you seem like one of the few people to have that type of knowledge.
I cant tell anything. I feel like I can press my tounge up just as easy on both sides. When I Smile and talk, i use more of my left side of the mouth, Its like the muscles are stronger there. Does that mean Its my more developed side?
I think my prob is My left side is chizziled and perfect and normal but My ryt side is bigger and puffed and large Now i need to correct my right side but my left is the one wich is smaller as per the context,my worst side is my left Yet its the perfect one Now Iam just 😃
Have been chewing on only one side since I was born. Discovered today about mewing and realized that my left side (the one i have been chewing) is more developed (the jawline is more visible), what is strange is that, according to other videos, when you mew, the side of the tongue that is less touched on the roof of your mouth is the weak side of your tongue, but my tongue’s weak side happens to be the same side where my jawline is more developed, so I’m confused Also, never paid attention on my face before, but the side where the jawline is more apparent, it looks like this side is “wider”, even my eyebrow looks literally longer, and the other side my eyebrow is less long, also my mouth looks more “pointed down” and my cheeks look kinda “fatter” Eye opening…
Could you please define "easier to reach/put pressure with tongue"? I feel like there is way more space on my right palette side and more surface but due to that I need more time to really fill this side evenly , whereas I can reach my left side "easier" or fill it out quicker. It's easier to put more pressure there. My right face looks bigger, one could say "more developed" but it also looks quite bulgy, my features like jaw line/cheeks aren't as defined and I have pretty gnarly TMJD on my right side. I also realized watching this video, that my right hip has more problems/immobility and a popping sound. My right neck/shoulder is regularly tensed. So my seemingly bigger/more developed side has more problem areas. My left face side looks slimmer, smaller compared to my right, but also nicely chiseled, my jawline looks defined and well developed and, to my eyes, quite pretty. I definately prefer my "weaker" side, lookwise. Barely any problems on my left body side, except some TMJD pain many years ago. All of this seems very confusing.
My right side(eye brow, lip, chin) is higher than the left side. It is about 3mm difference. But it is clearly visible in photos and selfies. My right tongue and neck is stronger than left side. I am 25. Can I fix this with hard mewing? My baby photos in 1, 2 year old also same. Right side is higher than the left side.
Idk what to do man , iv tried doing exercises and stretching and the back right of my tongue still doesn’t push up , my entire left side does and only the front of my right side and now my face looks so differently toned on the left and not toned at all on the right side 🤢 Is there more exercises we can do ? Would love to see another one of these videos with more stretching , my head tilts down to the right just like how you’d described yours went left in the video I have everything you mentioned but on the right side but this isn’t improving
same but with the sides reversed. my right side was already more developed and now its progressing faster than my left😢 i think the asymmetry got worse🥲
My worst side is right, weak tongue is left, tight neck is left. Is this possible? I removed my left molar around 8 years ago n have been chewing mostly on my right side.
honestly after coming back to this, I kept thinking my asymmetry was because of the uneven tongue posture, but no it’s just side sleeping and sitting tilted etc.. ffs
Great video. For me, though, it seems the problem isn't a weak tongue on one side but a narrower palate instead - meaning my tongue is unable to get up to the palate. Anyone have any ideas? thanks
The right side of my face is definitely underdeveloped and my neck muscles on that side definitelty feel tighter when doing the test against the wall. But my tongue is strong on both sides of the palate, feels slightly stronger on the underdeveloped side of my face even. Is this a coincidence?
I chew one side I slept one side and my that side of face is like big then other so that's why now I'm sleeping straight chewing with the side with I didn't so the question is will that make my face normal?
The thing is, my tongue and neck are equal. None is stronger than the other, none is bigger than the other side, I've taken pictures and asked people. BUT! My face is still lopsided, though eyes are even, nose is straight, and cheeks almost the same size. My jaw is just more forward on the right side. My shoulders are also the same height, I've taken pictures, looked in the mirror, and asked people. Yet, my face is still asymmetrical which I got from hard mewing during my teenage years. Since then, it hasn't been resolved!!!! It's been years of clicking!!! I thought soft mewing will eventually fix things but nahhh. I'm perplexed since my teeth are perfectly straight and aligned. The only thing is that my legs were of different height during puberty and has corrected since. My feet were also uneven but now they're both supporting equal weight. My left core muscle (?) is wayyy bigger tho than my left due to enduring this uneven leg length for years, and my hips are rotated to the left a bit still, though they have definitely improved. I'm at loss. And btw, my left masseter, which is my less developed side, is also more developed due to favoring that side. I'm really asymmetrically symmetrical.
I've been eating good paying attention to breathing getting g insane complimrnts but at 4:00 thst what is really hard to swallow with my mouth snd teeth open my symmetry is actually really bad spme I was born with pics at less than 2 but I've somewhat improved improved let's try test 2
