My mom did the same thing with my dad after she got a restraining order against him, put him out of his house and didn’t pay any of the bills so we ended up getting foreclosed on. Safe to say I haven’t had contact with her for years

Thirteen years together, and I never once laid a finger on her in anger, but when she wanted the house, she sure did make some shit up and called the cops. They didn't believe her, but her own family ratted out her plan later that same evening. They told me she planned to get a restraining order on me, so she could kick me out. She called to set up a basis for the TRO. Thanks to her family member telling me, and their absolute disgust at her plan, I got to the courthouse first. She lost that round.

In Idaho I put down 500 earnest money on a 80k home. They gave it back to me at closing. Then we had a housing boom and that same house is worth about 300k. I imagine one could put a down payment on a 300k house for about 1500 here. Maybe 2000.

I paused the video at 0:03 and read more of her complaint and she said, "In March 2017, he broke into *my house* and assaulted me. He tried to throw me down a flight of stairs and then put me in a headlock. When the cops showed up all they did was ask him to leave. *_I called a woman's shelter and they told me I needed to file another (protective?) order..."_* She probably had the people at that shelter thinking that she had no place else to go so they supported her claims of abuse over his ownership of the house.

I can explain. They cohabitate in the home. Regardless of whose name is on the mortgage, she is allowed by law the same rights as any tenant. She claimed he was the aggressor. The law as it relates to DV, is very strict as far as separating the parties to avoid further conflict or injury. He should’ve immediately filed an eviction on her, had her put out, took possession of his home accordingly. The law is designed to not make either party homeless, just separate temporarily and a judge decides the rest. Hope this explanation helps.

Maybe it is strange to me but i also grew up being sent to the store and pick up a pack of smokes for one of my parents. Just a guesstimate but payments and normal utilities i see 18600.00 per year plus yearly property tax's that wipes out her 20 G's. Then she needs to eat and drive something as well as take care of her boy if he is still in school as well as his needs. Banks are just lining up for her signature. She does not need a man because she is independent with 20 G's. Even if she does side hustles,, double that and even at 40 G's one is still struggling with pay check to pay check. Oh ! TV licensing is very behind the times for the streaming era. To not conflict with any TV broadcast agreements with CBS, the official JJ channel (also operated by CBS) needs to split clips as to not cause any issues.
