This is off topic but I tried rice bucket training because of your forearmes tier list video. I always thought rice bucket stuff was a meme but you convinced me to give it a try. I'm pissed I waited so long to try it. I can hardly type right now because of how tired my forearms and hands are. I'll go do a bunch of hammer curls now. Thank you.

I have a short biceps and because of that it actually looks bigger when I flex it😅 so I get a lot of compliments from my friends for that. But I also have a well built triceps so even unflexed my arms look awesome to me🎉

Great timing bro. I've recently run into this thought after being really consistent with good technique and adapted weight. While I noticed that my bicep isn't getting higher, it is getting wider. I Imagine once my body feels that the bicep is wide enough, it'll start growing more vertically.

Everything is your genetics - your job is to discover its potential and peak it by - getting leaner, stronger, bigger etc...but never expect to look like the next guy. I know we are hardwired to compete but really this is a self discovery journey - competition and comparisons are just measurements for us to know where we are.

train your short head and long head of your biceps. been training for a year and some months consistently. implementing both preachers, hammer curls, and overhand preachers changed my arms. it’s possible boys/girls. be patient and train hard. cheers!

I have relatively long biceps so my arms don't really look big even after a crazy pump. And for a while i thought my regiment was just lacking or that i wasn't putting in more effort even tho I feel like it. Now i can rest easy knowing my biceps just need patience.

i also had the bicep problem when i only did bicep curls but when i switched to bicep pullups it helped a lot. i think increasing the range of motion could also be a soloution

I have a short bicep too, not as short as the example in the video but, my brachioradialis is like connected to my bicep because it is very close and kinda big too, im very thankful for it lol.

Hey Winny, I’d love to see you make a few videos about injuries and recovery. Ive had 8 shoulder surgeries and can’t really lift anymore. That being said, I’m sure that there are plenty of people who have a torn rotator cuff or mcl that they could actually recover from and some guidance along the way would go far

I feel like i have wierd biceps, from the front they have very long muscle belly, so not a huge peak, meanwhile from the back they have a decent gap, its like a god damn optical illusion

I have seen this ocurrence usually in ppl who are skinny but somewhat athletic, never knew why so I goit curious. Thank god my biceps are normal, I have genetics bad enough for other things lol

For all my fellas who have short bicep belly's and still want their biceps to look big in photos. Just do side profiles with your arm pressed against your lat, flattening the bicep head and also showing off the triceps which will make your whole arm look much bigger.

I think my biceps looks like that, but I don’t see it as a problem honestly. It only happens when I point the insides of my hands inwards while flexing, but I actually think it looks cooler that way.

i have a small biceps too but luckily my triceps are huge I am almost in my third year at the gym and my arms going to be bigger than my forgin face btw when I started I was able to touch my fingers around my arm (english's not my first language but I hope that you get it XD)

I have the worst genetics for bicep as it not fully long and not fully peaked its in the middle about 3 fingers gap so o have the worse of both worlds 1) no peak 2) no fullness
