Dog genetics: Does color effect structure?

I have tri-factor white and sable papillons who had a white and lemon papillon pup. They are indoor dogs and only bred together but I can''t find any lemon in theirr background.

Can u mate a dog that has good structure to a dog without structure and create some structure?

I not sure that the pie chart is accurate, I used to believe in in what you say but you say there"s 30000 gene pools. so unless you make the statistics smaller, by line breeding I don't see how its going to be acute.. take pinks or valets for instance they're breed in from another breed, so won't that make the statistics off the gene pool higher ? brindle has been a gene of French bulldogs for hundreds of years hence the structure is correct... if you add a another breed surly your opining up to a gene pool of 60k
