I have two dogs who have PTSD and they both have been abused and I got my hands full. I talked to a vet about Zoloft because they have anxiety and aggression. I was told to give them some Zoloft because it might help them.
Rachel - Zoloft can be a helpful component in a behavior modification plan in treating dogs with anxiety disorders - It's a great conversation to have with your veterinarian to see if it is the right choice for your dogs in particular. So sorry to hear that they suffer from PTSD but glad to know that you are helping them through it :)
