I've never heard a dog cry like that, that was awful

His cries were one of the saddest and most horrifying things I've ever heard Bless that dog and the people who saved him

The fact that the dog used all his leftover powers to keep himself alive and then just collapsed after all the power was used up just made me tear up.

These people who rescued the dog deserve the best!!! This was so heartwarming to watch

I love it when humanity saves animals, but when dogs in particular are saved...I dunno. Something about that is so powerful and breaks my freakin heart. If this ever happens to your dog or anyone else, don’t be afraid or embarrassed to call fire and rescue for help. Fire and rescue respond to these calls just like any other, so they can gain real life training and experience for when they have to respond to save a person.

When he was Crying it sounded like he was saying “Help”😢😭

When my uncle was a kid he was with his parents and his 3 dogs in the middle of the winter so the lake was freezing. One dog saw something on the lake and ran onto the frozen part but the frozen part broke off and the dog fell. My uncle jumped into the freezing cold water without thinking and grabbed the dog and took it back to land, they spent a lot of time with the adults so they could warm up and survive and they did both live! This is a touching rescue. I just thought it would be nice to share my uncles rescue story as well

Thank God the dog was able to cry for help. As soon as he was rescued, the crying stopped and quickly took a turn for the worse. Fortunately, with everyone's assistance, the dog recovered and was happy to see his rescuers come back to visit him every once in a while

Anytime you feel angry, upset, and downright disgusted with what is going on in this world where malice and greed are as normal as having breakfast, turn on the Channels that show you the rescue and caring for ill treated, abused, abandoned animals and maybe, just maybe, you'll believe there is hope for us as human beings. There's a place in heaven for these heroes.

I remember rescuing a dog that somehow ended up in a fish ladder. Still don’t know how he ended up in there like he did but it was strange. Screaming away like this dog.

I'm 56yrs old now as of March 11th, 2021, when I was about 7yrs old in 1971, I pulled my dog Snoopy out of the Buffalo River in South Buffalo, N.Y. when he fell thru the thin ice & was about to go under for the last time. Snoopy was howling out for help just like this poor dog for what seemed like an eternity! I grew up with him & loved him very much by then for 7yrs & we went everywhere together. I was terrified, crying & praying & decided to go far out on that thin ice even though I was about twice as heavy as he was with all my winter gear on my chunky body back then. It was approx. 75 feet out or 3/4 of the way out from shore of the approx. 100 foot wide section of the river near the old train trestle we used to play on. My whole body was trembling I was so scared while I was praying out loud for GOD to give me the courage and strength to go out & save him without help or a rope to save myself if I fell in trying to save his life. My friend was there also screaming for me not to go out on the ice & said I'm f'ing crazy for even thinking about it but I told him I have to, I'm not going to just stand there & watch him drown! I sprawled out on the ice face down flat to help distribute my weight and went out there as quickly & safely as I could listening for the ice cracking scared out of my mind. When I got out to Snoopy I pulled him out with one hand & he just popped up on the ice, shook off the water, started wagging his tail like crazy & made a B-line straight to the shore! HA HA HA LOL! We had 7 more wonderful years with Snoopy & have so many mind blowing memories I could tell people about for days, enough to write a children's book about BTW & I just might someday before I'm gone. He's still in my prayers every night & one of the main reasons why my faith in GOD & Jesus is so strong & always will be forever and ever, AMEN...

I started crying when i saw he started shivering!!! Hypothermia shuts the body down, you stop shivering after a certain temp. But shivering again means his body was working to warm him up ^^ yay!!

The sound of animals in pain is just the worst thing! 😢 I’m so, so, so happy that they saved this beautiful dog and that he got a lovely home 🏡 🥰
