Dog Survives 3 Coyote Attack! 

Hi Everyone!
My name is Dan, and I am a veterinarian. Today I am sharing a video with a small dog that gets attacked by three coyotes! The amazing thing is he is okay and making a full recovery. His big sister, a German shepherd, saved his life.
Coyote attacks are a common problem for pet parents that have small dogs or live more in the country or on the edge of town. Small dogs can be mistaken for small pray. Coyotes can jump a fence into a backyard really easily.
It is important to only have small dogs out during the day and with supervision. A coyote attack can happen in a second, so making sure you are outside monitoring your small dog is really important.
Coyote vests are available too to help reduce the trauma from a coyote attack. The jury is still out on how much these vests help, but I for one like them. I think they could be really helpful in slowing down a coyote attack.
