Doin' It Baja chronicles the 2200 mile motorcycle trip taken by Arto Saari, Heath Kirchart, Keegan Sauder, and Patrick O'Dell from San Diego to the tip of Baja California.
A bunch of punks on bikes what is much better. Made my day during the toughest of days and inspiring me to go back to Reno and Humboldt to live my best life again. Thank you my dudes
I watched the original and entire Doin' It Baja when it was first released by Vice years ago. What an epic trip, you guys are so fortunate to have been able to do it on your bikes. Crazy.
man, time for new friends. trust me nothing wrong with moving on you can still cherish the times you had and be friends with them even, you just need additonal firends for your new interest.
I should have watched the whole thing. I'll admit, they seem like solid dudes and I was being a salty old rider. Nice run guys, even if you did have a guide.
I would love to sit with an older biker dude and hear his thoughts on this. I grew up watching these guys skate and it was cool to see them get into bikes later when I had gotten one, A guide, while it tuftuff takes away from the adventure factor, can tell you when the last gas stop is, the best food, who to avoid, etc. If you think these guys arent tough though. ... . Watch some of the slams Aarto and Heath take in their skateboarding. We're talking life-threatening.
Only reason I watched this was these guys were my favorite pro skaters growing up. I think that's kinda what this is about. They aren't hard-core bikers man, they are hard-core pro skaters who got into motorcycles later in life.
I agree. I’m sure it’s not as weak as it sounds but having a fixer, support truck and all that is like staying in the shallow end of the pool. They were filming though. They could have a whole damn crew behind the camera.
