Having a baby is so much especially with a tough pregnancy like Alondras. I know cause mine was just like that, always in and out of the hospital and not even being able to hold water down. I can also relate to the post partum depression..going through that changes you as a person. One day she’ll be ready for baby #2 & until then she deserves all the time and patience!💜

I’m with Alondra, you guys should buy a house now and then rent/sell it when you guys are ready to build your dream house because imagine how much money you guys are throwing away renting?!

I like alo’s thought process on buying a house and renting it out later. It’s a good investment, will help credit scores, brings in extra income, and no matter what you’ll have an extra place :) flipping a house is actually a smart investment. I’m with alo 😊

OMG 😂 You're on the right track Alo! I get where Benny is coming from but you need to buy a home first, which won't be your "dream" or "forever home" but is a stepping stone into home ownership! (Also it's not a waste to not have your dream home right off the bat) From there you can either rent it out for monthly cash flow (while building equity so already a great investment), take out money from that property to purchase another, etc. Ton of options the thing is just to get into it!
