Doing this will disband every Mythic+ low key pug group 

It's so fun to make. By the end we will absolutely have 600 minutes of this stuff in a playlist.

It just won't help. Whether you believe you are right or not, it won't produce the results you desire.

@@heythereguysitsMetro disagree. As a healer I didn't know about some dispels and I've someone in party said I'm struggling because I'm not dispelling a certain thing. It made my life so much easier.

@@heythereguysitsMetro while i agree it' a bad example as that's wow 101 basic stuff. You have to admit the majority of people you see in these low pug key videos are likely to not have their ui set up properly, not have some of their important spells bound (ie Kick) or have them bound on some far away button that is super inconvenient to press. Not have their healing bars set up properly, not show debuffs properly etc. It's all one big melting pot of bad that makes for an underperforming group. Don't forget that a lot of people only casually pug and nothing in wow dungeon wise really punishes you for derping until you get to about 15s. They've been conditioned to just pull whatever, not deal with mechanics etc because for most of your wow dungeon experience that is just how that works. I do agree with you that insulting a player never helps, and often times the rage is just misplaced. I almost never speak when i tank at all. Just get through the dungeon. The only thing i do is put out marks and say 'pulling to mark' or 'stack on mark' and hope the majority of the group does it and if they don't, i'll just have to make it work somehow. In my experience pugging, the most toxic people are often times not the absolute worst player in the group, but they are at best only marginally better and they rage at the worst player. Honestly i think it's because they get upset that they didn't land 4 good players to carry them. There is also no self reflection or accountability. The amount of times i've been in a group where a dps (almost always the player with the lowest kicks and lowest dps by a good margin) loses his s#!t halfway through a dungeon because we might not time it is ridiculous. Hell i've screwed up myself many times and been like "sorry guys, my bad, we still got this" mistakes after all do happen, especially in pugs.

@@TheLeroy125 I mean I do agree, that's just not what the discussion was about. This fella was saying if some one didn't communicate the mechanics to him he never would have learned and that is the complete opposite of how he should be learning these things.

@@heythereguysitsMetro Definitely something I have a bit of a unique perspective on. Especially if there is a lack of tanks in these queues we should be doing everything we can to support people playing them (As you do) to help people get into the role a little easier. More tanks looking for keys = faster filling keys for everyone.

@@heythereguysitsMetro It's a fair point, counter argument is probably that if you're new to tanking you shouldn't jump straight into a +14. Saying "there's nothing he could have done" doesn't really resonate with me. Unless he used incarn on the first 3 mobs, he should have had it for either that pull or the 4 pull before the boss unless he's saving it for the first boss which I'd imagine is also bad on a fort week. He pulled the big void guy for no reason, sure it's not a very dangerous mob on its own but adding a risk factor to a pull for no reason is entirely his fault. (that's not even really a tanking skill issue everyone should know that you don't need to pull that guy). Then he runs back and dies again, which is really a tank decision to keep that pull going. then he butt pulls the patrol. then he dies to the next real pack because he's not kiting the only pull that you need to kite in the entire dungeon. Like I'm not advocating toxicity or calling people out mid run. I think it's entirely unproductive. if they don't know what they're doing, then yelling at them for not knowing isn't going to magically make them a better player in the middle of a key. But I also think that that there is a burden of responsibility of each individual to come into a dungeon prepared to the best of their abilities to help the group succeed. That tank had no business being in that key in the first place and I would actually be a little salty about them wasting everyone's time. I just wouldn't vocalize it in game cuz that doesn't help anyone.

@@Shmeeps_phd at the end of the day the ONLY thing being discussed here is the toxicity. So we can leave it at that. No one should talk to other players in their group like this. Not just because it's rude. But because it's a sure fire way to end the group you signed up for. Bad players or not, they can finish this key. It's an absolute joke.

I also think that one voice of positivity can really change the mood of a key too. even if things are going horribly, just cracking a joke about how "WE are really screwin this up" can really alleviate the stress of the group. I've had plenty of very fun groups that mutually disbanded or hard depleted keys with no ill-will towards each other.

this is really one of my most hated packs as a bear -.- at some point you cann just run. In my last 18 fortified i had to dash in ti interrupt the heal... you guess that it was a bad idea lol

Oh ya, let me clarify my stance on that. I'm not saying the person who is being yelled at won't be benefiting from it. I'm saying that the person doing the yelling is not going to be getting what they want out of it in that moment.

@@heythereguysitsMetro I think, that from time to time, a little tact can go a long way. For a large majority of situations people see though, I believe that you are absolutely correct.

Thats a problem with low keys in general, and in fairness, explo is a tank / healer mechanic until there are three/four orbs up. There are exceptions (evokers) where they benefit in getting explosives, but otherwise you need your dps to focus on killing mobs.

@@sidelvar I pulled 6 mobs and did as much as I could without losing threat, they did zero orbs

Tank should be the one doing them at that level to be fair. Let a few go when needed but you should be able to handle it all alone.

At the end of the day the system isn't designed for pugging so that is unlikely to change. But I agree it should change and removing the concept of keys going down in level is the easiest solution for sure.

Yup, same experience here. For years we said -250 should be deducted for everyone from that realm list. It honestly should be more now.

@@wwhite2958 There is no question of path here though, so not sure what to comment on there. DPS don't know specifics like this, because they don't have to. You can debate that if you wish, but its very obvious the vast majority of DPS I play with have no idea what is and isn't happening in any given route. In this dungeon though, its a straight line.

To be honest, no that should not be happening regularly. I don't know anything about the situation clearly, but you should consider that something to learn from. If you have people regularly unhappy with your pace, it should be your goal to fix that. Dungeon pacing is the most important part of the tank role tbh.

@@heythereguysitsMetro Thanks. it's mostly group depended ,some are less pushy than others. I've just started tanking on an Alt as Blood DK. my gear is still a bit low so I cannot take too many risks with large pulls. although I do mostly time keys. (I'm mostly doing +5-10). I do mention in group that it's not timed. the main issue is with DPS not waiting for me to gather the pack or pulling on their own. it might work on Mythic 0 but on +10 it's a bit risky. I just don't feel like they give me space to do the pulls before they start to attack.

@@stlsgame well you should be aiming to have them gathered before they can do that honestly. You always want to be 2 globals ahead of the group, especially as a blood dk with limited mobility and huge self healing.

@@heythereguysitsMetro Thanks. I'm still afraid to rush to mob without healer backing me up because the first hit of the add can damage me for like 70% health because of low gear (380 for +10). and it take me time to build up runic power to heal up.

No he didnt, you can see he opened the pack dry then pressed incarn few seconds in. How can you get overwhelmed by magic on the second pack of the dungeon with probably everything up? bark for 20%dr, rage for 25% and two charges of SI for 50% + big hp pool and ton of frenzy regens from incarn. This a 14 not 24

That type of "advice" is just frivolous anyway. Even if he did NOTHING, you telling him to change that isn't going to suddenly change it for him. There is a reason he did what he did, one way or another.

Gotta agree. For PuGs, if a pack is very likely to be in the way for someone solo running back to the group from a death, that pack needs to be included the dungeon route.

@@bobwinters5572 That mob is extremely easy to skip and is just extra count you can't really route around in a pug. In other cases I could agree, but this one there is no reason to pull it.

Just a good example of why the scoring system is pointless in its current iteration, I suppose.

It's easy enough as blood with ams I find.

You can out-range the tank buster, pretty chill pack for the most part, you just start walking backwards and don't get hit by any of them.

those 3 are the easiest packs in the game for DKs lol anything below 22+ can be easily healed up, and everything above 22+ you use dancing rune weapon to parry them lol

The adds are fine if the dot dispelled quickly (as dk at least ). Losing 50% max hp is deadly on the tank, let alone the tick damage ontop of that + void slash / melees Void slash hits for 200k+

My point is that if you want to they to continue you don't need to be giving this guy advice. You thinking you know better then he does is quite frankly just your ego running wild and you should consider checking that before anything. If they guy wants help he will ask for it or research it or whatever. The time for that is not when he is already stressed nd struggling and absolutely not being delivered the way he is here.

They're the fast paced low amount of buttons to press class that mostly attracts the wannabe pros, you will mostly get those types when playing with a DH sadly

Yup, that's my experience too.

I will place at least some of the blame on the people playing this class as the "influencers" with it. They are by far the most aggressive in the DPS mindset and setting a horrible example for those looking to them for advice. But I'm sure its a great deal more than just that.

@@heythereguysitsMetro I think an attribute is that the class (atleast Havoc) is a 3 button rotation spec that attracts the type of players that only want big dps numbers without putting much effort in it. Which is also why at least from my own experience they tend to die A LOT from frontals, take unnecessary damage and/or ninja pull alot with their brainless fel rushes. Not to say there aren't a lot of good ones but they really get overshadowed with bad rep like this.

There used to be a WA that would auto-decline people who applied from Ragnaros to your key. I don't see it on Wago rn which leads me to believe Blizzard put the kaibosh on it but maybe not. WAs is a powerful tool if you know how to make your own.

You show incredibly generous understanding and sympathy towards the druid throughout the video - the one who clearly fucked everything up and left the key ,- while the DH (who's also wrong, obviously) doesn't get any of that, and instead is made to look like they are the sole perpetrator here. I don't care about the individuals in this situation though, frankly. I just care about the actions. A noob wont break up a group. But the DH's actions will 100 percent of the time.

PvP is awful, I would never consider playing that as something I did long term.

That exact attitude is the issue. It's kinda wild actually. Like literally every time some one defends these players they point to how you think they are better than others lol.
