Cool battle. Completely different styles! I would personally vote for dokyun! But greenteck was also good. And what a stage! Must be very difficult to make a show as a Funk styler on such a big stage.
Everytime when ever i have to see fireback or dokyun rounds i need to improve video quality 😁 because these 2 put so much quality details in their rounds ❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥
Dokyun REALLY CAME FOR GREENTECK!!!!! yooooooooooo. I've never seen him go off on someone like that. Props to greenteck for bringing that out of Dokyun
Wooahh Crazy battle !! I think people forget that this is a "popping" battle, first round was a tie, but Green took the second round. Despite Dokyun having hype eye candy moments, from a technical standpoint he spent most of his 2nd round waving and beat killing and not really popping or grooving. Green was grooving, consistantly hitting, changing levels, and still had blowups. Dont let your dislike for green cloud your judgement.
@@chavoloco91 I disagree this is a suppose to be a pure popping battle because what I see in the video is that the show is promoted as "Super Dancer Street Dance Competition". Street Dance is a very broad term that could include forms like hip hop & b-boying.
@@chavoloco91 I couldn't find any information about the tournament structure of this particular show thats why I thought it was just one tournament labeled as a Street Dance Competition, but if you have more information about it and know this was an exclusive popping battle, then you are right.
I love Greenteck an all but hes starting to turn into another Salah looking for crowd bites.. com'on Greenteck stick with your Boogaloo man you're like on a advance level no one can touch. For me Dokyun won this battle, first round was close but the second was a clear win.
Funny you say this, while I thought exactly the opposite. I thought Doykun almost entirely focused on beat killing and tricks. Didn't really see him dance at all.
@@birh I love green and dokyun but yeh i agree with u mate, if we are gonna talk whos looking for "crowd bites" as the other guy put it, dokyun is the one beat killing and green has more feeling and looseness. Love them both tho, dokyuns chest control and body waves have always been sick but greens just got this battle attitude, he can turn on and off the beat killing and he can get really funky too.
I think quite the opposite, I hope that green does not become like Salah, because Salah has been the most repetitive dancer I have seen, he spent more than 7 years with the same movements, so seeing the last years of salah was already very boring since his rounds had no surprises ... by the way, greenteck was the one who won this event.
Personally, I vote for Green. Their dance is so complete in many ways. Dokyun was also amazing, but in this round he danced only "beat kill" impressing the audience, and Green danced beyond the beat, danced and enjoyed his own dance.
yeh i think a lot of people dont realize that, to the person unfamiliar with real popping, dokyun and les twins and hoan and salah never lose. but if you are familiar, green mixed it up, dokyun (one of my favourite underrated poppers) is very samey whatever hes dancing to, he can beat kill but he lacks foundation and mixing it up. green can beat kill too but he just channels that feeling and heave og foundations.
Exactly. Doykun became too stagnant and focused too much on waving and and finger isolations. Becomes more show off than dancing. Hard to beat a guy like greenteck with that who is a complete popper.
For people who are saying that Green was weak or could be better..... learn to understand dance and essence first guys... i really love dokyun his style and the first round he was getting his shit but green his second round was too much man, he was playing, using foundations at the right moment and on top of that his esscence stays
I agree with your opinon, Greenteck showed us in a funky performance, being flava of boogie rather than Dokyun, in such a way that Greenteck is a freely dancer who has a concretive foundation, technically skills apply him straight forward for most battle !
Damn. Green just seems like a way better person now wow - like he's genuinely just enjoying dancing again and isn't just focussed on battling to battle
Oh man, good dancers dance to express themselves, just like no masterpiece was ever created for the public. They are not in the service industry as chefs.
Sooo a person has to quality in local battles or have danced for a certain amount of time in order to have an opinion or share it on RU-vid? I don't think so, free speech yo.
i been GT fan 4ever. but, i think after watching this, even GT thinks this guys a fuckin monster. but when it comes to merit n i see GT STUFF HOW ELECTRIC THEY WERE.,THIS dOKYUN MAN CAN ONLY DREAM ABOUT. however, respect 2 both n it defo was one of my best battle clip i ever seen. nice nice nice. well done DOKYN. u r amaizing
great battle, high level! I vote for Dokyun, if judges gave to Greenteck maybe they preferred his groove on the music, even if I think Dokyun's control was absolutely on the music.
Great Battle, but IMO Green won. Better Pooping, Better technique, better rhythm, better mix. Dokyun was good, but too much finger play and trying to beat Greenteck at his own game.
@@user-el3zf7br5d Although the movement is similar, it is not the same nor does it have the difficulty of executing the green, the dokyun execution takes the foot and releases it in the same place and releases the foot even before reaching the ground, the execution green is wave forward or sideways and does not release the foot until it reaches the ground, does not release it as early as the one that dokyun did, in this video at 10:23 you can see the execution of the green and then you see dokyun's ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GBSTbHDGU28.html
@@Catsfather92 ahahha les shits fandboy. they are so far under greentecks level u dont even understand. no surprise he didnt want to judge 2 dogs doing the same thing for 5years.
