Although the Dollfie dream choice area was no cameras I was able to get some good shots. Seeing so many Dollfie Dream dolls in person like the Hatsune Miku’s, Yor Forger and Revolutionary Girl Utena was pretty amazing and incredible !!! Volks is such a great company with such beautiful dolls. High quality clothes and seeing the wall of eyes was so dope too. I wish I could come here on a weekly basis on my days off!

I’m an SD collector, but I loved watching your tour of the Akiba store and all the DD’s. I visited this location in April and it looked pretty different then, I guess they change the display dolls pretty often!

ooooh I have a DDDy Towa .... LOL I am a bit of a p3rv in that sense hahaha but her face is so gentle too... then i scored a dollfie dream sister M.O.M.O on facebook marketplace.. I got a custom MDD head in Japan at a used doll store for a great price but I didnt get a body for her yet!!

@@dollvee it all up in the air but in the general Tokyo area like Shibuya, akihabara, harajuku, among others. I would like to make it down to osaka and kyoto but idk about that

yahhhh it was a surprise to see the bullet train was an extra like $250 round trip to osaka ... but it was really fast! the night bus would have been way cheaper but longer... I definitely want to see kyoto.. but if you're otaku.. all those places you mentioned will fill you right up

@@dollvee before last year as a foreigner you would need a reservation to get in, but now if you have the volks GL membership which is about 800 yen last i checked, you can get in with no issues! However they don’t allow entry with dollfie dream dolls, only SD~ at least from my memory, if you have membership though you don’t require a doll to get in. I would highly recommend purchasing a doll in the shop inside however, as it really adds to the experience. They have the biggest selection to customize your SD, including the tan skin tone which isn’t available at any other volks shops! My favorite part is the gardens, they are very beautiful ☺️ the staff was very kind as well. You should also checkout the other sumika shops, doll point in akihabara is mainly for the dollfie dream line but if you want to see more SD i highly recommend the harajuku location ^^ !!

OOOOOOOOOOOOH fave comment all year lol BAH! I really need to shape up and prepare for another Japan trip. I would love to refine my collection to 20sh dolls of my most favorites and would be so honored to get my first SD in Kyoto. We didn't have alot of time so I specifically avoided Harajuku since I knew I had no room to buy clothes. Capitalism for Fashion and Otakus is real out there... But just being there is quite a fulfilling experience, buying a few things. We only had carry on's! Thank you for all the info. I love tan dolls. I would LOOOVE a tan SD. I got my Rendia in Tan and she has the cutest pointy nose hehe. Thanks again for all the inspiration/ motivation.
