Very cute Lisa. There is nothing wrong with glaming up pieces of furniture from the Dollar Store. Miniatures are pricey, and anywhere we can save, that's a good thing.
Your little cabinet looks so adorable! You are so right it does not look like a dollar store find:) Your friend Chris did a wonderful job selecting the little bits of pottery on her trip, and they look beautiful on your cabinet!!!
Great transformation , I really liked it plain green ,but that’s my taste. I know what you were going for and overall it is too cute. It definitely looks better than it did 💕💕💕💕💕great ideas Lisa 💕💕💕💕
I thought I’d commented, but it doesn’t seem to be there. This turned out really nicely, isn’t it great when you can up cycle or improve something like this. The little pottery items you’ve friend bought you are so lovely on the little dresser. 😊
Love this cabinet with the gorgeous green color! The pottery is so pretty and colorful - perfect in the cabinet. The fish! So cute! Really nice work Lisa. When I very first wanted to make a mini, I tried taking apart a dollar tree piece. Yes, I microwaved to get the glue off but the wood just split and boy it was a disaster! 😂 I have tried since, but this is very inspiring. 😍✨
I really like the way your little cupboard turned out. What type of paint did you use for the pulls for the doors? I hope that I can find some miniature treasures, when I’m in Mexico this winter. You got some really cute pieces.
It turned out very beautiful. However, I expected that you would also make functional drawers. That doesn't seem very difficult to me. But then you can show less stuff, of course. Maybe that's why you didn't do it?
