You are not morbid, you are like me. As a nurse I have the habit of saying what pops into my head. There are a lot worse things you can be funny about it. Love the project.
That's a great idea Lourdes!! It's such an easy and inexpensive project that you can knock them out pretty fast! Thank you for watching!! Have a very Merry Christmas!!!!
Wow...I remember making these back in Girl Scouts ...I'm almost 60 yrs old now...and remember making them and selling them at the church bizarre at Christmas...such a wonderful memory...thank you
I just made two-one for mom and one for aunt. The towels have dog bones with Christmas bows on them, so I bought the tree ornaments where you can insert a photo and drew a pic of each of their dogs with Christmas lights wrapped around them. I can’t believe how cute they turned out. Thank you for sharing!
That sounds so cute Jennifer! I'd love to see pics!! You can share them in our Facebook group Midnight Crafter Glue Dots if you'd like. I bet your mom and aunt will love them!!
I used a little gift card box that looked like a gift, put money inside. Placed the little package in her arms. It's just a little extra gift for my daughter 😊
Cute. I use to make these many years ago. Even showed them on my channel a few years ago when I was making them for my moms church to help them sale. Made mine different. I had 2 different ways to make them the ones that were kinda like this the wings were different. I would find potholders that had the little holder for the hook to hang it so when you put the wings on then you could hang your angel by that. Some were in the corner and those worked too by just turning the potholders. Theses are cute for all Holidays and season in all colors. 😇👼
Thanks! I love these oldies but goodies! Can you send me the link to your video of it? I'd LOVE to see it!! I appreciate you watching!! Have a very Merry Christmas!!!!
Thank you Lorraine! I love that you can change it up by changing the towel color! You'll have to try making it...it's super easy and quick...no glue gun needed!! Happy crafting and have a very Merry Christmas!!!!
Love your sense of humor as well as the tutorial. Would love to see you do a video on little girl dress for oven door. I tried to watch one but all she wanted to do was talk about her grandbaby being born at home, etc etc. Thank you for this lovely tutorial.
Thanks so much! I'd love to see what you're referring to when you say "little girl dress for oven door". I'm not sure I've seen that but I'll try looking it up. Sounds interesting!
I’m a kitchen towel junkie. Now I can buy them with no guilt. I think I might add sequin eyes, not sure until I make one. If I get super energetic I will add gold rickrack to the hem. Thank you for the tutorial.
Love it. I will be making at least one for home decor. I collect Angels to display at Christmas and only have Angels on my Christmas tree. If I put one in each guest bathroom that would be nice. Goes shopping to look for post Christmas sales....
Hi thank you for the video. I use to make these for craft shows. The only thing I did different was keep the loop of potholder to hand with.. Can't wait to see you reindeer bath towels. Thank you.
I love the angel for the kitchen at the kitchen towels what a great idea you are so talented have a blessed holiday and a happy new year I always watch you
Very nice tutorial and so easy. I would change up just a couple of things for myself. First one is to add a tinsel halo if made for xmas decoration. The second is to cut the loop on the pot holder and sew it back down. I know the purpose of this is not to have to sew but for me I would like it better. I plan on making a few of these for xmas gifts and some just to hang around. Thank you so much and I love your enthusiasm for any project that you do!!
Thank you Kathleen! They are the perfect gift for someone you don't want to spend too much on but yet you want to get them something. Glad you like them!! Have a very Merry Christmas!!!!
