Chef Zee, your so beautiful soft spoken and you articulate the recipes so well I can have my children help out in the kitchen. These ribs look delicious and I will be trying them. Thank you
Made this last night it was amazing thank you for all the great recipes. Definitely did not loose flavor I feel like it just enhanced them. Can’t wait to make again!
The best ribs I've ever eaten in my life came from a Dominican restaurant, and I could not figure out how they made them. These look almost exactly like them, I have to try this recipe.
I made this and was amazed by the simplicity of your recipe. Thank you. I am happy to see this in my feed this morning. What sides will you recommend when making this again next time?
One more time, Happy wife in The house. 🫶❤️❤️Thank you for the great tip’s. My wife think she has a 🧑🍳 now lol 😂 Thank You for each plate you made for us. 🇩🇴🇩🇴YOU LITERALLY SERVE AS A THERAPIST LOL 😂
Hi! Thank you so much for this video. I am excited to give it a shot this weekend. If I am planning to bake them, do I have to add the same amount of water into the baking dish the first time around and let the water evaporate eventually, OR just bake the ribs by itself, covered, and then take the foil off and let them brown? Thanks again!
When chef Z does the double bang bang finger wags to emphasize her point is levels of funny- I always hit like even though I always do in the beginning lol- good times
Can these cook on low in a crock pot? I always do my bbq spare ribs in the crock pot and they’re great but I wanted a different flavor this time around
I have a question, in regards to this dish! Do you take it out of the water or you ket it dry out ?? Or do you take it out of the water then fry them??? Help me please
It seems like it’s risky browning ribs without burning the garlic. It doesn’t take long for garlic to burn. I was thinking adding garlic paste for the last few minutes of ribs browning to get the flavor before I add water? Wyd think 🤔
Put enough water to cover the ribs then when the water fully evaporates they will continue to fry on their own? No need to discard liquid or add more oil?
Our parents never used gloves- they crawled so we can run- I always mix with cooking disposable gloves since I have been cooking and living alone. Peace
Dominican Ribs are typically fried and have a TON of flavor already. The lime at the end rounds out the dish. No need for BBQ Sauce although it's totally optional if that's what you like. Thanks for watching.
