Dominick Cruz as I also call him mini DC is so awesome such a great fighter so intelligent about the fight game and boy does he know how to talk. I think Uncle Chael used to watch him for lines to use when his fights were coming up. LoL
@@jaysmith2151 Nothing similar about DC and Cruz. I would say Cruz is better at everything except wrestling. Cruz also has better commentary, but people keep bringing up the Conor thing like Rogan and DC don't say something dumb every month.
@@allenmk138 Yeah man, anything Conor related and some people nowadays just go insane. While Cruz' phrasing was a bit off (it was kind of close to the meme 'Ronda did such a good job blocking those punches with her face'), the point does stand, especially if you're in a bad situation and you're guarding and using head movement as best possible, the person who's going apeshit on you could gas way quicker. And Khabib did seem to gas a bit compared to usual (given he has pretty relentless pace combined with notoriously good cardio) and it was the next round Conor stuffed all his takedowns, out-struck him and took the round, so again, although worded pretty weirdly in the moment, Cruz was on to something between rounds 2 and 3.
@@user-nv2wt4hi8t I agree with that, but I stopped explaining it to the Conor haters and Khabib fanboys. Cruz also has some haters, but I think it comes more from those two sides that love to discredit the commentary of Cruz. We literally hear it all the time that when a fighter rushes for a finish, they usually gas out quicker if they don't get it.
@@allenmk138 100%, it gets so tiresome every comment section arguing Conor's achievements with people just ready to spam 'Connie McTapper' and 'He got destroyed, 10-8 by Poirier' when it was a very close 10-9, all kinds of biased, anti-Conor silliness that can't see the forest for the trees.
To be honest...the way Faber took the news about not fighting Dom was pure class...he was bummed...then heard the why he cant fight...and you saw his eyes lit up like: okay i get it...and even made some small talk...class

True but if TJ wins in October you have to give him the nod as Bantamweight GOAT, Champion at : 3 DIFFERENT times And i rewatched the TJ vs Cruz fight it was extremely close. Cruz landed 232 against 230 for TJ. But TJ landed more punches in 3 of the rounds. When striking is equal which it was then I gave it to TJ 3-2 for aggression and octagon control People think that Dom making TJ miss counted for something but that is not part of the scoring in the unified MMA rules, however aggression and octagon control is.

Man Cruz has an R35 Gtr. That's a supercar killer, with just a little tune. Slap on a big turbo and a really good transmission (stock one sucks, always has problems) and it is almost unbeatable(until 2jz shows up), smokes 95% of supercars you can think of. Dude got taste.
