Miss Dominick Dunne a lot. When I look at him in these wonderful videos, I have to laugh - he looks like a little kid who just got a lot older. Great imagination, wonder and disbelief in his expression and narration - just like a little kid. Even his nifty glasses don't make him look old.

More evidence about how money and power can influence the judicial system and how crucial evidence can disappear!! Why didn't he get the death penalty or life without parole? Because his family have money!! Scott Davies's father should also be charged for being a Liar and perverting the course of justice. What makes it worse is he has put other people away for similar crimes!! Talk about corruption this case takes the P%ss.
Well produced series. Very angry how the wealthy often get away with crimes us poor folk would not. Might have been a vastly different outcome if the victim and his family had not been even more connected and wealthier.
Poor Scott, NOT ! Can't handle rejection. I saw this case one 48hrs. and as Megan had said once they were married he had no interest in her what so ever not even sexually. And when she left , he could not handle it . Childish brat. And those phone messages, that's something Teenage Girls do. He should have gotten life. .
Nice to know his father's "lie me an alibi" failed. Scott is a shallow waste of oxygen- who thought of his beautiful wife as nothing more than a possession of his property. Nothing pleases me more than a scum-bucket being held accountable.

The prosecutors 'were intimidated by (Davis's) lawyers' -- that's just so sad. Coffin's brother was right: how nice of Scott to let his folks spend probably millions of dollars on his defense instead of just pleading to a lesser charge. Their pull probably could have gotten it down to manslaughter. Involuntary. He'd have served two or three years, tops. He's no man. And I don't believe for a moment Atlanta 'lost' all that evidence. This wasn't just an earring or a test tube; and it was a notorious open case. Davis's unscrupulous Daddy was an insider, and after he got up there and perjured himself, it's easy to believe how the evidence disappeared. But he couldn't protect Richie Rich from himself. These puff-chested country clubbing Rolex stands make me sick. The only half decent one in the lot was shot and burned up in his own house... Disgusting.
Was Scott's father ever tried for perjury? Was he allowed to continue to practice and give evidence in court cases after so blatantly lying on stand to try to protect his son??
So I have a two questions.The lying father "claims" that Scott visited with Mom and Dad during the time in question. How is his testimony anything other than hearsay? Here is yet another question: How does documented and photographed evidence that is stolen (through the offices of Scotts family) become "circumstantial"?If it is recorded and logged, witnessed and extensively photographed, it seems it should still be hard evidence

His appeals have been denied, so far. He is now appeal in federal court. Still whining about lost evidence. I don't know how much appeals cost but it's nice to see the Davis family throwing more money down the drain. I hope they go broke. The father should be in jail with him for perjury. Fuck all of them.

JJ honey, you've got the right idea, but EVERYBODY misquotes this. This is a biblical quote which says, "The LOVE of money is the root of all evil," which makes better sense when you think about it. Money is just a tool. It also says, " No man can serve 2 masters....you cannot serve God and mammon (wealth, power, affluence etc.)". Jesus was the REAL "Wise Man". Merry Christmas to you!
That's not true and you know it. They're evil. That kind of comment is just an excuse to make yourself feel better about being poor and not rich. The ideal situation is to be wealthy at least middle class to lead a happier, healthier and more comfortable lifestyle. Etc. Money is not evil, the greedy and vile subhumans are. Period.
