Can you help me? I have tried to set this up EXACTLY like you've done it. Both screens lit up for just a second and now they will not do anything. My computer does not even recognize that I have dual monitors hooked up. They must have power because they lit up for a second and there is a red light on the back. I'm not tech savvy and this is driving me crazy. Do I have a lemon set? thoughts?

@Spiderlily495 You may need to update the you computer to the latest patch. Also, try using a different port on your computer.
