Please pray for me, my brothers and sisters. That God gives me wisdom as I consider converting to Catholicism from a Protestant. Thank you, all! God bless!
@bienk. I will pray for you my friend. I converted from protestantism to The One Holy Catholic and Apostlic Church almost 43 years ago. There have been ,very (few) days where I have neglected to thank our almighty God for such tremendous Joy being in his Church. Were there days I was questioned by people and my own mind because of previous Church upbringing faith ? There certainly were ! Each time I found explicitly and or implicitly ,the beautiful answers to the Church teachings. Blessings.
For all who are interested or who question the Catholic Church: “IF” you have not already, please consider going to Adoration of Christ in the Blessed Sacrament (also known as “Holy Hour”). Call your local parish and find out when they offer it. Then, just go and sit in silence in Christ’s Presence. Take your bible. Read scripture, pray, contemplate. Tell the Lord of your search for truth, of your doubts, worries, even fears. Then, be as patient with Him as He has been with you. When you receive the grace to know that HE IS THERE, you will be forever changed. Miracles occur in Christ’s presence - of that I can personally attest.
In Revelation, Jesus said there would be a great falling away from The Truth, point that out to the once saved crowd, we are at the begining of a lot of End Time Prophecy. Suggest all read Ezekiel, Daniel, and Revelation. Be ready for Spiritual combat to become physical combat. Remember to die daily to oneself that Jesus may live through you. Be all Glory, Honour, Praise, and Love unto Our Father God in Heaven, and to The Son our Lord Jesus God, and to The Holy Spirit God, as it was in The Begining, is Now, and Forever Shall Be Almighty and Holy God without end.
