And here is the answer to that... We will all be judged according to the things written in God's word. That fact necessitates us handling God's word and not leaving it up to someone else to understand it for us. How does a person enter into the kingdom of God? by faith. It is not a process. How did the thief on the cross become saved ? through faith, he had no opportunity to do "works" . Through faith we enter into the kingdom of God and become children of God. We are spiritually no longer under the dominion of the "ruler of this world" . Being "born again" is not a process. We need to remember that our faith grew out of the traditions of Judaism. Jesus honored all the Jewish laws , and only broke with tradition when it was blind to the spirit of God. Part of that tradition was Rabbi interpretation of the law, but also story telling to convey a truth. So, yes, if we are to follow Jesus, we follow his words, but we also follow his actions. Jesus read and meditated on the word of God, to be sure, but he also engaged others in conversation. Think of this, the Pharisees that would not look past the letter of the law are the same that rejected Jesus.

I used to be a Catholic. But there are lots of questions that Catholics could not answer and one of those is, why do Catholics pray and worship Mary and insist that she is an intercessor? This just goes against the scripture : "1 Timothy 2:5, For there is one God and ONE MEDIATOR between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus." We can always read the bible and not just rely on someone's opinion and judgment, always back up every arguments with a scripture. If it's not in the bible, that means it's man made. Ok, i've been exploring this topic for some time now, and will eventually make my own response, but to your point at 1:30--- yes just because someone offers you a gift, doesnt mean you have to receive it. I agree. But if you did receive it at one point, that gift is not conditional. Gods love is not conditional. This is the part that I will defend against. Did you ever really receive the gift, or did you receive the idea of the gift? I think we need to stop looking at salvation based on our own judgement and look at it from Gods point of view (to the best of our ability) Once we are "born again" it is impossible for us to be reborn. We can be born once physically, and we can be born again spiritually. If we walk away from that, there is no going back, yet people have valleys all the time. So at what point is ones salvation lost? And at what point is it gained? just cause someone says some words at the alter, doesnt mean they actually received the Spirit. a seed may of been planted, but if the "soil" conditions were not right, were they really saved? Humans may abandon their covenants, but The God I know does not. So, i really think the argument needs to change from can you lose your salvation, to "are you really saved", cause in my opinion, the answer to the first is no, yet the answer for many on the second is also no. Your statement at 9:50 just seems like couples in a relationship that constantly break up and get back together after every fight. My God is patient and will wait for us to come back to him, and will seek after us like his lost sheep, because he finishes what he starts and does not give up on us even if we give up on him for a period of time. But do we automatically lose our salvation when something bad happens to us and we get mad at God and give him the silent treatment or choose to rebel? I don't think that is how unconditional love works. He will give us space, but he's not going to kick us out and refuse us when we try to come back. (see prodigal son) Perhaps you might need to study seeds. The Bible refers to having faith as small as a mustard seed can do great things. And also that it is "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God" So the problem is that most people dont know how to make their seed grow. So they never develop fully. So the question becomes, are they saved the moment the seed has been planted, or does their "seed" require a lot of prep work and time to produce fruit before they are actually considered saved? Are the first 3 examples in the parable of the sowers a representation of a saved person, or a wannabe? That I have not been able to answer yet. But what I do know for sure, is the last seed--the one who produces fruit--the one who definitely has the holy spirit in him... That person won't lose their salvation. But I am still researching this topic, and will present my arguments in time. This has been argued since the text was written, so I doubt we will ever come up to a conclusion. The best response is to ensure that your own faith is strong.

I can give you example after example of people being saved in the book of Acts up to 3,000 in one day. Read the story before John 3:16, jesus tells Nicodemus no one can enter I to the kingdom of Heaven unless you are born of the water and Spirit. Now let me take you to the COMMANDMENT and gift Jesus left us. Matthew 28:19-20 then let's see how mark said this same commandment in Mark 16: 15-16, Luke gave the Place where people will be saved in Luke 24: 46-47 and John tells us who will start the Birth of the very first Church under the Dispensation of Grace in John 21: 15-17. Now Jesus ascended and let's go to the next book which is the Birth of the Church which is the next book Acts. Peter obeyed the commandment after they received Power from the Holy Ghost in Acts 1:13-15, 2: 37-41, 120 plus 3,000 were added to the CHURCH (Jews) in Acts 8:12-17 the Samaritans were saved one year later, in Acts 10: 12-17 the Gentiles were saved 8years later, in 19: 1-7 those Baptized by John the Baptist were rebaptized in Jesus name 22years later. So no where in the Bible will you find not ONE person simply believing in Jesus name and is saved it is non biblical and false. Repenting=death, Baptism =Burial and Holy Ghost = Resurrection as a new Creature, this is a COMMANDMENT not a work. The word not saved by works means you cant buy your way, be good, help others, or do good works to be saved. Repenting being Baptized and receiving the Holy Ghost is not being saved by works. This Doctrine you believe maybe only covers Repentance which is death, and there are alot of dead Christians walking this Earth who have not been buried nor Resurrected and put on Jesus GALATIANS 3:27. So my question to you is "ARE YOU SAVED AND PUT ON CHRIST?"

2Peter 1: 12-15 Peter says here that he will help Christians call to mind some things the interesting thing here to me that he says while still alive in verse 15 is that he was going to help them remember AFTER HE HAD DIED‼️Also note he says I WILL‼️ He could have said the father or the son or even the Holy Spirit but he said I WILL I CHECKED DIFFERENT TRANSLATIONS they all said IWILL‼️ So very clearly he is helping us do something after death he’s NOT DEAD‼️ He is alive in heaven. Even as I write this I’m in awe because I never noticed this before until I started going to the Catholic Church so the fullness is open to you if your humble. Just this week about 3 different content creators all Protestant did videos on the Catholic Church all debunking Catholic theology. It took me 52 years to make it to the Catholic Church all because of this constant criticism coming from Protestant theology I didn’t even realize it until I started going to a Catholic Church and learning about what they believed from them instead of second hand. I have been asking Mary to please pray for me because I now believe she is alive with Christ in heaven. I ask her to help me be silent because I’m exhausted with trying to figure out everything and being misunderstood when I try to explain my feelings. Sometimes you just gotta sit in adoration and just listen. I appreciate your channel so much. As a convert I feel nobody understands. The Methodist church just split and the focus is on what the Catholic Church teaches and not how to unite the Methodist faith together. One day someone mentioned to me they felt the Protestant church’s will one day unite back to the church I pray that it does. I am going to stop listening to some of the Protestant pastors because the important thing to focus on is getting people to turn back to god not contentious critiques because the church has been the same for 2,000 years.
