Salt 1 teaspoon.

Chop broccoli finely.
Drain potatoes.
Parmesan cheese 40g/1.4oz.
Butter 55g / 2 tablespoons.
Flour 50 g / 2 tablespoons.
Mix well.
Milk 2 cups / 500 ml.
Be sure to stir the sauce constantly so it doesn't burn!
