What a horrible ending to the series. Ego to not tele and LET him tb you, then you stay after you've tanked the tb. Legit that's so disrespectful to your viewers lmao. You're essentially making a series similar to any other drama, where your HC is the main character - and the main character in dangerous high risk high reward situations is fun and engaging to watch, but it's not fun to watch the main character of a series do stupid things.. especially if that's how the series ends. Think of any of your fave stories and then think of it ending abruptly in a dumbass way for the sole reason that the MC got his massive ego checked. It's a gutpunch of an ending, really sad.
