Yo, Phil, the flickering while filming is from the lights and your cameras frame rate not matching up. Try filming at different frame rates and see if that helps.

Yeah I'll give that a go. Tried 24fps and that seemed to help a bit. Can't work out how to manually change the frame rate on my hero 9. I can only use 30 or 60 fps. Someone did say 50 would possibly fix it
