Don't let them tell you what you're capable of doing 

You get upset and defensive at times when someone tries to convince you of something you know not to be true. This could be about a certain subject, item or process. When it comes to you as an individual you're willing to let people tell you what you can do, what you're capable of doing, and how you will behave. You have to silence the chatter and believe in yourself. No has control over you except you. You always have a choice to how you want your life to become.
