Sometimes certain comments about the publishing industry are well-intentioned but misguided; other times, the comments are exaggerated based off someone's specific negative experience. In this video, I address some of these negative takes on traditional publishing and offer more balanced insight, based off my experience working with Big Five publishers and a top-tier literary agency.
