@@theartworkshop Very helpful thanks. Can't wait for part 3, The anticipation is driving me mad! 😁 Although the time in between videos gives me time to practice that step and catch up.
listening to your lessons has helped me progress tremendously and spend less time reinventing the circle. I'm now on my second portrait and I marvel on how its possible for humans to create symphonies on canvas with each its own flair. Your sharing your talent has been a blessing. Thank you
Thanks so much Manny! So glad to hear your painting and enjoying it. It just gets better and better in time too! How are your portraits coming out so far? They can be challenging to paint.
The first portrait I did is of an uncle to my wife that passed so it was a special gift to her family. Couldn't believe i created something like that which would be so special and especially it being my very first portrait ever. The new portrait I'm working on now is for my side of the family, which is an image of my sister that passed away from cancer when she was only 14. I cant wait to present it top my family. I'm grateful for your instruction and I'm doing my best to listen to your detailed instruction and if you wish. I would love to share them with you. Your videos not only give me the confidence but understanding and value of what we do. With every painting, I want to learn more and bless loved ones in the process. @@theartworkshop
I did reply to you earlier and I just noticed that my reply isn't here.. Maybe my computer failed to send it. What I sent you was that I'm truly grateful for all that you have shown us, the artist community. I've learned an amazing amount from you and have gained so much wisdom from these videos, I'm re inspired and I've regained the love for turning a blank canvas into a beautiful fantastic world that others get to enjoy and marvel at. I just started airbrushing back in June and how I've progressed thanks to you. Never did portraits till just recently. I've done everything but portraits and your right, its incredibly challenging and I truly love it. So now I'm endeavoring my second one and I look forward to sending my teacher what I've been able to accomplish and hope it pleases you when I'm done. @@theartworkshop

Great advice! Especially the part about bouncing the paint off the shield and using the over spray to create randomness. That's a technique I'm going to focus on in my next session. I'm far and away from painting anything realistic like this, but thanks to you I know I'll be able to some day. I just wish your videos were longer. Perhaps more than 20 minutes stretches most people's attention spans too far, but not me. Thank you so much for making these videos and sharing your knowledge.
Thanks for the kind words. Happy to hear it. I may make some videos longer in the future. I'd like to get away from a multiple part painting lesson. It'd be better in one video for sure.
Thanks for sharing your technique and perspectives. I've been looking to improve my color mixing in my illustrations. I'm excited to try out your baseline flesh color, and mix according to what my illustration is needing!
Love it man!! You are only 55 from 1000 subs. Awesome ! Would you consider doing live streams? So base on your experience, what's you favorite substrate to paint on portraits thanks. Can't wait for part 3 🙂 love your work man amd explanation as well 👍👍👍
Sensacional video! muito bem explicado e detalhado... Grave em tempo real para nós vermos os detalhes> Sou grato pelos seus videos rico em CONTEÚDO, direto ao assunto. Grande abraço, fique com Deus!
