In the northern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia a group of dirt bike riders calling themselves the One Wheel Bandits (OWB) roam the streets, performing dangerous stunts on public roads, often riding in packs of twenty or more.
To the police and the media, they are a threatening menace, but that's not the full story. Don't Panic takes a closer look at OWB, joining them on the streets to learn what drives them to risk their lives on the back of a dirt bike. Is this purely reckless criminal behavior? Or is riding dirt bikes keeping them away from more serious crime?
