To be fair, had he not had a belt drive, that may have been a destroyed chaincase and likely not repairable on the mountain. I thought that was you in Caleb's video ha ha!
The first one definitely could have resulted in a piled up chain case! He landed in a bomb hole and slightly uphill. He sent it a little too hard! Hahah but he’s been going through belts daily.
Odd, I just replaced my TKI belt with 2000 Miles because it finally got a crack, and I didn't want it to break in a bad spot. Finally used the spare that's been in the box for 3 years. If you Google the part number on the belt you can find them at industrial supply places for $40-60 if you're willing to buy 5 or 25 at a time 😂
Nobody has blown up any chaincases in the last few years right? They're bulletproof and easy to fix on the mountain, because chains and oil are easy to carry in the tunnel bag right? 😂
