Thank you so very much for sharing Cocky's story with us. I enjoy the sound effect that u add in. This was definitely a bitter sweet video. I started out laughing so hard at Dopey flying thru the air but ended on a somber note.
Thanks for taking us down memory lane with Cocky. Bittersweet seeing him and Bossy Jr.... but, I sure laughed remembering Dopey's experience with Cocky.
Really?! No more Cocky? How sad. That Dopey clip has got to be hands down my most favorite. Not that he got hit, but how he took it upon himself to taffy pull Cocky. Imagine what Cocky was thinking while he was laying there. Didn’t know why or who was doing it. Who knows how long Dopey would of continued if he didn’t get whacked. Lol.
ZeeQue Did you ever see " Dopeys Most Epic Tantrum part 1" if not you should give it a watch it is one of the funnyest things I have ever seen on You Tube it star's Dopey and Bossys son I was amazed he didn't send Dopey to the moon and Dopey pulling off one of the best fake out's on Reddy I have ever had the pleasure to watch . There is a part 2 and while not as funny it is still a good video
@Arroz Marisco Yep. I’m watching some older videos. I guess I needed a good cry and this did it. There is no one more worthy than you Arroz, to tell their story. You truly care about Our Gang and all the other smaller Troops and parts of Troops. Cocky will also live on in our hearts and memories. Thank you. R.I.P. Cocky.
Awe going to miss cocky and I hope this doesn't affect bossy. She's had more loss and heartache than she can handle. I think cocky and bossy made a good match and some beautiful babies. Poor spocky didn't even touch him, but I'm sure after dopeys little pulling he wasn't taking any chances. You will be missed cocky and your babies will keep your memory alive. Thanks arroz.
I love Dopey, and even though I don't like to see him hurt, every time I watch these videos, I laugh my eyes out!!! I hope Cokey comes back! What could have possibly happened to such a young strapping male like him!??
I don't know if there are preditors in the park, but I'd bet that COckey tried to protect or save Bessie and was killed. Car, predator, or something else.... I wonder if Poachers are an issues there?
When this happens, I wonder if AM was to speculate, what happens? Is it just a matter of physically migrating? Hit by a car? Fight to the death with another monkey? On a side note, I'm curious if anyone else sometimes struggles to read with the sentences broken up and spread out as the cadence they usually are? If there's a suggestion box of any kind, I would like to humbly propose perhaps an experiment with maybe displaying more text at once, and leaving it on the screen for the same amount of time that the several smaller chunks of text that this block of text is made of would span, if that makes sense? Does anyone else ever find themselves looking away for just a second, but during that second you miss a quick sentence, and find that you've lost context and have to try and skip back to find it, which itself can be a challenge lol. I hope I'm making sense!
This just popped up on my screen today so I watched it. I had forgotten about Cocky being their former alpha. I don’t remember how he left the troop. Can anyone tell me?🤔 He seemed like such a strong alpha.
This was hilarious. Glad it popped back up in the feed. One thing I am wondering is, who was the other boy born around same time as dopey? He was a son of a higher ranking female. I want to say Lancy? Don’t remember exactly but haven’t heard much about him.
Arroz Marisco Is there a new alpha that has taken over the troop or is Stumpy the alpha now? I have never known how many male's were there in this troop? They don't seem like the LTM's that are forever fighting to hold their alpha status but surly they do have to fight the intruder's coming to try and take their place or do they not go by the strongest is the king? I have alway's wondered how Grandee and Skullhead have kept their alpha rank for so very long. I would love to know how that work's? Are they out of the ordinary and have just kept a very long ranking as the alpha's or if it is done a bit different then the LTM's? Cocky was so very handsome! Sad to think human's may have caused his disappearence! I never use to be so untusting of people and animal's but since watching the other video's of monkey's I have become very suspicious of about everything that's going on!

Oh No! RIP sweet daddy Cocky! Of course naturally it makes us wonder why, how, and when exactly. Now I truly wonder if an intruder/another troop came up on them resulting in a major fight somehow causing Bessy to get injured and papa not only defending his daughter but his whole troop. Then of course i am naturally thinking more about it and it's not adding up. I would assume if it was due to a serious fight, 'd think other adults would have some battle wounds themselves. Right? It doesnt seem like any other adults have had any scratches/injuries at all. I have to ask if you know Arroz, what happens to the troop when the only/main Male alpha of a troop passes/leaves abruptly? Meaning, dont they need a strong Male Alpha to lead/protect their entire troop as monkey society rules are concerned? Assuming the now oldest highest ranked Male in Bossy's troop will now take over or you think they will be out "looking" for a new one to pop up as a drifter? Sweet Cocky 😟 Ps. I really don't know as I only see them once or twice a week. His missing like that of Bossy Jr., Bobbin is just a mystery to me. But I doubt it has anything to do with things like poaching/ abuse for they would have behaved differently towards us having witnessed it. I still remember how edgy they were for a long time after a spate of abuses back in 2011.
So what do you presume happened to alpha cocky? Was he challenged and lost? So who took his place? Dopeys smackdown had me laughing days .The way you had him pinch that nutsack was just too funny had me lmao.
Arroz Marisco I dont think cocky died. He look healthy and stong. He was good blood line. I hope no one kidnapped him for breeding. Out of thin air he is gone. I hate to hear this in any monkey.

Is Grandee the first place in Bossy troop now? Cocky is strong and smart. Will Cocky be replaced by Grandee? May be Grandee and Cocky competed, then Grandee won the competition? Although I think it is unlikely... I hope that Cocky will appear again, I don't believe he has been left...
