why can't you speedrun feeding frenzy 1. The time attack in it doesn't let the mermaid respond.

While subtle, Feeding Frenzy 1 is a wildly different game to speedrun. From player speed difference, AI aggressiveness difference, duration difference and the different spawn rates among other things causes you to need to rewire for FF1 and FF2. I tried FF1 and could only muster a 40 minute run.
