And remember that once you get the groupers never harvest the farm till it's empty, since technically the farms can produce infinite food with a single piece of roe.
Wait, untintionaly, your guide showed something important: when she is about to retreat in the water, her health can’t decrease any lower. So don’t bother striking and using that weapon durability!
Maybe someone said this already but still. When i was fighting it for some reason i opened the map and i saw that it's head ACTUALLY appears in the map. And i wasn't using mods at the time, but probably was something the added recently.
I could probably find it but I think there was a tweak update to make shipwrecked a tad more user-friendly. Picked it back up recently and I swear there's almost always a fisher merm hut and a couple other things I can't quite explain till I encounter them in game.
Craft a spear, poison spear, or cutlass supreme if you can. They're pretty easy to kill, just hit them again and again and dodge their coconut bomb attacks. They also spawn near the Round Thing but I don't know what's the day interval.
Completely honestly, this thing needs to be buffed. Badly. it's supposed to be the ''big bad'' of the game yet if you just get a purple grouper or two it's basically done for. A health buff, more damage, and maybe even new attacks.
TIP: Avoid spawning her at the edge of a map. If you travel through the fog she despawns. Not sure if this affects her 20 day timer. I was attempting to speedrun quaken so I deleted the save file
AJ I killed it today on an armored boat with a sail, only lost 200 hp on my boat without repair kit! The frik, after watching the first 30 sec of the video i already learned something new, didnt know purple fish have special powers… Also BEARD, you know each fishfarm you place will only spawn the same type of fish with each roe you put in it, your making it sound like it gives a random fish with each harvest
They had said “Know that these slicks are only found randomly in medium to deep ocean...” and said shortly after, “...However, the Quacken Drill allows for the player to create new Tar Slicks wherever they please within these waters!...” He’s got it covered. 5:30

Huh so there are only 3 bosses in Shipwrecked I don’t know from experience as my main Shipwrecked world is a bit buggerd from only accessing it trough the seaworthy
I killed it on day 2 with wicker probably could do the 1 day like joeshmocoolstuff but I always rush the quacken for a cane since it's relatively easy to kill
Dear Mr. Beard i think i found out how to spawn Quacken guaranteed with no chances i did it in my dont starve shipwrecked Game in mobile and in day four it spawned So the Thing is you gotta need a large area of the Deep sea A trawl Net(of course) A BlackBird(The roe dropping one) Tho it may be hard yet incredible All you gotta do is Catch it in the large deep sea biome and then catch it using the trawl net I promise it spawned Tho i aint sure in pc tho))
so, I'm gonna say it here, they should have just recycled this DLC for DST when they add the sailing. just make it so that there's a main island you spawn on that's the majority of the map while there are smaller island outside the boundaries of the main one and that's how you'll find the moon one.
