Another recommendation for the fight: sanity foods and clothing since many people might not know this: During the normal fight, Klaus's first form has no negative sanity aura, but he will gain a -100 sanity per minute aura in his second phase. Meanwhile in his enraged form, Klaus has the same -100 sanity in his first form, and that increases to -400 per minute in his second form, the same as Deerclops and The Ancient Fuelweaver. Some good methods of countering it can include cooked green caps, cooked cactus flesh, and a bee queen crown (if you have one). If you don't have the crown, a Tam O' Shanter will work just fine. I know his insanity auras were shown in the video but I wanted to put into perspective the effect of the insanity and some ways to counter it. Hope it helps.
Me and my friend died over 50 times to the deerclops... Fortunately we set up base near the portal so it was easy enough to revive. We eventually took him down, but he destroyed our entire base
My friends and I don't even bother with the big baddies tbh, otherwise we would get absolutely destroyed since none of us are that good at combat, and it probably wouldn't end up being that fun. I disabled them on the server I have, if worst comes to worst I can just spawn in items or mobs haha
Well, tbf you aren't even supposed to be fighting Enraged Klaus, that's why he's so unfair and doesn't have any extra loot, you just plain aren't supposed to kill his deer.

i remember i was messing around with console commands and summoned klaus,i didn't know why he was so big or more powerful than other kluases (klausi?)then i watched a video on him and found out about enraging him
@@spidroxide5479 Well when it comes down to it, we do it for the achievement, that's why people play this game, but almost all of the bosses have loot that helps you make it more worth fighting the boss, I just think they should add better loot, especially if you enrage him
I think the problem is the balancing they can at least remove the auto lock on the dashes. It should always be NPC going to the position you WERE, being able to dodge if you keep moving and fast enough.
I once played a server where I timed deer clops to spawn while I was near the loot stache and I spawned Klaus walked them two to the giant bee hive and hit it with a hammer and boom bee Queen clopsy and Klaus all fighting
You can kite enraged klaus with a magi luminescence and cobblestones while holding a walking cane. The timing is tricky but but you can do it flawless.
he isnt meant to be fought, he serves as more of a fun challenge for people who actually fight him, and a punishment to people who accidentally summon him, and if he did have drops you could just do the normal klaus fight up until he reaches like 100 hp, then enrage him and kill him in 3 hits

Well, renewable loot, better chance at a Krampus sack and just interesting loot overall but I do agree with you. Both Klaus and Misery need a rework of sorts when it comes to drops and why we should care.

I tried fighting him with a tentacle field, it took ages to whittle him down, and most of the tentacles were gone... :/ i like cheesing most fights, but this guy makes it hard.
Yeah, Klei really went all out for this one, making him insanely difficult to use the strategies that we use for many others out there! Enraged Klaus is one bad mother-trucker!

There isn't anything wrong with my mic and the minor echoing in the last couple simply stems from having very little in my office at the time of recording so the setup isn't up to par. Furthermore, this video sees very little of said echo to begin with and the Winter video that follows even less as I begin to get things in order. As for this comment, what purpose does it even serve?! If you dislike something for a thing that is so petty compared to the thousands of hours on content that I have produced and put out to you for free that show no signs of the "issue" that was only present for two videos, then you will never fully be satisfied with anything. And, at the end of the day, why even comment then? Just dislike it and move on to the hundreds of other videos that are out there, including on this very channel.
