Seeing a character that existed for so long in the world get an animation is surreal, I can't think anyone could've imagined don't starve getting so far when the beta released

I just wanted to say that I really love what you guys did with this character. It could have been some lousy nerf or just random buffs but all the additions genuinely make you think more about your game plan when playing wolfgang

Man, I had forgoten about the train crash William was in, and when it showed up it gave me such hype remembering all of it. Loved this short!

As someone who's been a Don't Starve fan for years, getting to finally see stuff referenced in the old William Carter lore is super satisfying.

I kept expecting him to have a heroic moment and solving the problems with his strength, till i realized his "strength" came from the shadows. Amazing work diverting expectations!

I like how Wolfgang is afraid of monsters and the dark in game so it Carries over to this animation to the point where it shows what else he is afraid of, which a mouse makes sense, he is a team player, an swole man but deep down, no matter how strong he gets, he will always have his fears holding him back.

Ha, I love how the shadow magic returning so closely resembled Wolfgang dropping out of mighty form. They gave them all something they wanted, even Abigail's flower is made out of shadows...

It is heartbreaking seeing Wolfgang's expression when he saw his friend drag the resisting elephant without him, as if his strength is not needed at all even in dire situations.. and the ending where Maxwell used the shadows is such a great unexpected turn of story. Well done Klei, best survival game i have ever played and will keep playing. Bravo and take care Klei developers!

Yooooooooooooo Seeing William Carter before being Maxwell is so coooollllllll and the reason for Wolfgang being abnormally strong being Nightmare Fuel is so on point. Loved it!
