I managed to get this part done relatively quick so I thought I'd share the end result
yt compression has hit this one hard unfortunately... due to fast movements you might see defects from blur
I don't put watermarks as I feel the only person that should be credited is Michael Jackson but please don't just re-post this and claim you created it, these take a lot of time and work... thank you

Very nice! On my oled phone, the black smears are present with fast movement.

@@SRC267 yeah it was tough to edit this one because of how much motion blur is caused by the movement, Sorry if you see any defects. Looks ok on my screen

look into using "scopes" when colour grading; it's a graph of your highlights in an image and lows of an image. you can see exactly where the blacks get cut off and if you adjust to match that you can get professional level black levels that contain all the detail and are as dark as possible. your editing program of choice should contain it, if you use avisynth or something a like I would recommend grading externally in a program.like davinci which is free and has the best grading tools imo
