I don't know why people act like inheritance and legal entitlement to one's parents' benefits or property is something scandalous or something to be stigmatized. An offspring is SUPPOSED to benefit from what a parent (living or deceased) has to offer. In this case, it's especially necessary because the deceased parent of a minor no longer has the income to do their part in caring for the child. The two sisters acted like they stand to lose something personally. They act more like bitter exes who are out for revenge than sisters of the deceased.

Not being interested in being a grandparent to a child that has no blood relation to you and is not the child/grandchild of a very close family friend, is completely normal. That being said, as far as the sisters' accusations go, it makes zero logical sense to make all of these accusations that she's doing it just for the money, literally less than an hour before you will get told the definitive truth. It's so easy and rational to just say, "if she's my brother's baby I'll be there for you and her, but if not, then I will lose all respect for you and will believe you only did this for the money." Like, you know that if the results show she's not his baby, that she's not getting any benefits, so why get so defensive? I love this show and have been binge watching for a good 3 weeks now but sometimes all this unnecessary and illogical drama makes me think some of these episodes are either intentionally exaggerated or outright fake.
