Hey, thanks for watching. I sized up by .5, not due to size issues but due to my size selling out. I wish I did buy true to size as there is so much space in the front. With the size I have my toes including big toe and little toe have ample of space. I also don't experience any rubbing at all. Plus the material on the toe box is cotton so it quite soft so really surprise it is rubbing on your toe.
